🎯but instead like a finely targeted lazer jet - going ONLY where you aim it!
🧐Be intentional!
2️⃣Your TIME - this is finite!
⏰Stop giving it away so easily!
Stop saying yes to things, people and activities that don’t deserve your time or aren’t enhancing your well being and your soul!
Get comfortable with the idea that
“NO”🙅‍♀️is a complete sentence!
🚫Stop making excuses to spend time alone! You don’t have to pretend you have plans when really your “plan”
Is to curl up on the couch and binge watch Netflix!
Be stingy with your time! It’s YOURS!!!
3️⃣Your LOVE!
This is a tough one but love is a two way street. If a relationship feels lopsided or one way - maybe that relationship needs to be “demoted” to a lower priority in your life.
You don’t have to abandon it completely but if it’s one-way only - then you’re wasting love that could be shared somewhere else that would be more fulfilling, satisfying and reciprocated.
This includes family (super hard I know), friends and other “loved” ones.
