Hi Will, would you please shade a little light on what exactly does a "cut off or drop off" signify in a VBT program?

So. When you do a cut off you are looking at your initial or fastest velocity in a set and then stopping the set when you reach a cut off. Typically these can be 20% from the top speed. IE. you might have a best of 1.0 m/s and you would cease the set when you drop to less than .8 m/s

I do you think a beginner can make good progress with 2 day a week Olympic lift training +back squat/deadlift. I train since long time( 15 year) , but I start weighlifting last year with on and off, my best at this time is 95kg full clean, 90 kilos power jerk, full Snatch 65kg, and power snatch from the floor 70k, thanks.
