Exactly I thought of same. He is correct for rest of India and it is Nandhini in Karnataka

I doubt Amul has that loyalty or acceptance due to the content they put out. It’s got to do more with their penetration in the market, rural or urban, their logistics & supply chain, making available their product in every supermarket, kirana be small or big and most importantly their pricing, it’s the cheapest in the market

Educating a customer is essential. As a small biz owner, I engage with customer service all the time. No marketing content can replace my personal attention. Most of them do not allow me to educate them, hence I tell about quality, consistency in benefits to make them remember. I agree content generally can engage and as I scale, I need it to touch base with my customers. Howsoever digital content is produced, it cannot replace personal care and attention.

But where is the competition? For something as basic as butter people don't need a choice.
@Wiintb5 ай бұрын
No. When I think butter, I think the following, 1. Good fat. 2. Commercial products are not good. 3. But cow’s milk from know sources, make curd, churn, collect the butter. 4. Enjoy that pure ghee and butter that are collected from source. 5. Then wonder how come these guys are selling it for so cheap and realise that 99% are not good including Amul. Problem is these days people are smart and don’t take your crap marketing. PS: In our state, a normal person purchases Aavin. For most of them, Amul is a cartoon company that puts billboards across our city.

You appear very confident but this is nonsense. Companies nurture customer loyalty AFTER the purchase, not before the purchase. Creating content and getting customer’s attention belong in the brand awareness stage long before the purchase and has nothing to do with customer loyalty.
