1. Do what's hard to you every day, like cool water, do what you want to do. 2. Stay consistence, if you're happy or unhappy any time believe yourself. Dont think yesterday failures 3. Ask to your self 'Why' ask why you start, strong why will help you.

Thank you for this Rob! I've been working out for a week already, my goal is to lose the 80 kg that I now have and hopefully go back to 67 kg or lower. As I am writing this, I am currently finishing my ab workout. It's hard to come back to a non-sedentary lifestyle after almost 3-4 years of quitting the gym, but I'm motivating myself to get that ideal body that I have. Thanks for the wonderful tips, superb advice.

LOL way too true. I've been trying to get used to cold showers and eeek, I'm still a wussy regarding it. I can only stay in there for like a minute lol. I take a warm shower then quickly turn it to cold for a minute before I get out, so I'm at least training my will SOMEHOW. I'm currently trying to get to comfortable with being uncomfortable, and also learning how to be consistent with my meditation practice, showing up for my children, but then also learning how to not lay around so much. I do what I need to for my children yet I still think I need to become more active. I don't want to live in bed. Like I hate laying around. I want to do fun things! Yet my body screams to, 'stay in bed for ten more minutes' due to my back pain and also my anxiety, ptsd, and depression too. Blah. I feel stuck in a rut guys. Help or tips anyone?
