Tip; you need to dug a hole that's deep enough, when you put your tomatoe into that hole, only half of it will be above ground. This way they will grow more roots, which leads to a more healty plant.

Also heres another tip. Tomato, peppers, and eggplant suckers are a clone of the plant meaning if you remove it and put the stem of it in water, it will grow roots becoming another plant.

All the videos i see is about removing the suckers at the top but i do the opposite and remove the leave stem and let the suckers grow flowers. Am i doing something wrong? I had planned to fill my garden with tons of different tomatoes but I refuse to grow what I call princess plants. I was and still am very sad to discover that tomatoes need their "hand" held so much to get a crop. There is nothing like farm fresh tomatoes, one of the most perfect flavors I've ever tasted, but the constant fussing over the plant seems like a colossal waste of the hours of life when so many other plants exist that require practically no maintenance once they're established. I need a lazy gardener channel.
