Within 4 weeks I lost 14 pounds by going on an extreme diet no soda no candy limited my portions eating alot of sugar free and carb free substitutes like zucchini pizza boats rather than pizza no fruit juice lemonade just water and no sugar ice tea I consume about 900 calories a day it was hard at first but I'm doing this becauseim type 2 diabetes my height is 5"9 and used to weight around 257 pounds then within another week I lost 5 pounds so a total of 19-20 pounds 😀 Old weight- 257 New weight - 238 I'm hoping to lose more weight to keep my a1c levels good

I am right there with you! 😢 I have kids too, so it’s hard to find time to actually workout when you’re going going going all day long. All of my clothes are getting extremely tight and I feel miserable af.

@@crypticmoonTV yeah I know what you mean I also have a little one and it’s just hard to have the motivation or energy for yourself . But one thing that does help is grow with jo workouts on KZbin. I will put it on my TV and do that but it’s hard to stay consistent. Like I physically can’t.

First start a calories deficit diet. You can go extreme like I did but it is not necessary I eat about 700 calories a day. For temptations I use an elastic band that would sting me if I thought about eating. Make sure to have a food diary like on notepad or anything. Take pictures of your progress because the scale can be off for example you can not lose a weight in a single week but look smaller that’s a good thing because you’re building muscle. Eat alot of protein because it digests fast and keeps you full for longer. Go to the gym for cardio or building muscle until you can comfortably start to go on jugs and once you’re at that point you can do 1 hour of cardio a day to lose weight and hit your Ideal weight. Hope this helps, I know how hard it is to start but you got this

Make small changes. Don’t expect yourself to be able to do an intensive workout daily for months. Maybe set a small goal such as jogging on the spot for 2 minutes everyday and work up from there! Sorry if this wasn’t helpful lol but good luck, stay healthy and be kind to yourself on your journey

Eating 3 meals a day isn't the problem. Increase your exercise and decrease the portion you eat at those 3 meals.

@@PinkFlowers365 I don’t eat a ridiculous amount of food tho, and I prefer to skip breakfast anyway because it’s not beneficial in my experience, everybody’s different, thank you for the advice though, I will consider it.

I changed my diet last week and have been walking so much. I've lost 8 pounds in my first week and 4 in the second week. It's hard because I started at 348 and I'm always beating myself up for being as I am. But I know I'll get rid of it.

@@scholarsoldado6058 maybe watch the calories of what you eat, basically you need to burn more calories than what you eat, when I realized that I started to lose weight a lot faster Basically I cut off all junk food and reduced the amount of food I eat, I also do intermittent fasting (only 2 means, lunch and dinner)

The best advice I have for massive fast weight loss is drink plenty of water, never ever sit down, either watch TV standing up or pacing back and forth, and of course diet which the best way if you have a giant stomach is vegetables and complex carbohydrates like Oatmeal which you can eat as much as you want and still be in a calorie deficit

It's a struggle... I've definitely done the binging... Do you drink a lot of water? I found that has curved some of my mindless eating. When I drink a lot of water, sit down, and almost meditate, I'm not joking😃 Still other days are a struggle If I'm busy I don't even think about food

I lost 50 pounds in 2 months. I Put on a lot of weight since the start of the pandemic. It’s been a 4 year battle of failures but I finally been able to lose the weight. It was not easy , but it’s very doable if you have determination and belief in yourself!!!

Constant movement throughout the day whether it be on the indoor cycling bicycle at a good pace for however long you want, dancing to some music in a private room by yourself for 30 to 45 minutes, walking in place for 1 hour or doing a hiit cardio routine for 30 minutes-all of these options burn off excess calories. The key here is to A. Only eat the calories you need for the day & B. Be in a calorie deficit and keep moving! Fasting is something we do naturally every day. It’s basically you not eating at many hours of the day. Just take a break and focus on other things. Do some work or housework or get some chores done or make a video or exercise. Take a damn walk. The key here is to not over indulge in food or unhealthy food. And if u do don’t sweat it. Just keep consistent with healthy eating & minimal eating and mostly fasting and exercise!

You should not weigh yourself too often, only like every 6 months to a year because if you weigh yourself too often you can become obsessed with it. Weight loss is a journey, you don’t just lose weight overnight. You can start by just making some changes to your diet and amount of daily exercise. Overtime, you will see results. Don’t actually follow this stupid social media crap everyone. Take the much better realistic advice ❤

I’m 2 and a half months in, lost water weight, my stomach is tighter, walks or jogs everyday, introduced jump rope which is killer for the core, eating better and big difference. I was always skinny fat, turned that fat into muscle and my shoulders have always been bigger and now with my shirt off I’m seeing how I’m getting happier. Heart break drives you.

Before I started my diet I used to eat one meal a day which is dinner and I’ll have my protein with rice and some veggies and I wondered why I was gaining so much weight. Then I realized I’m a stay at home mom that gets bored very easily and then I binge eat unhealthy snacks as well as drink lots of sugary drinks never water 😭. Now im juicing fruits and vegetables and drinking more water as well as drinking ballerina tea and I cut out red meat, chicken sugar,salt,carbs,and dairy. Basically im plant based with the exception of salmon 3x a week so really pescatarian but plant based/vegan sounds better 🤣. On top of that I’m trying to go to the gym at least 5x a week yall pray for me 😭

im slow cutting. deficit 100-200 calories a day. carb cycling (high/low carb days) to still fuel performance. so far getting stronger and leaner by the week

1) I weight myself a lot and it is highly unreliable because of many factors. 2) i use chewing gum to make myself not needing to eat anything

Ok but eating is definitely something you should do even when trying to lose weight (I don’t know if you mean est excessively or just eat period but) often when you stop eating for long periods of time as soon as you start again you’ll gain all the weight back, second it makes you INCREDIBLE week and makes your bones more fragile, third it has long lasting consequences like I’m not sure I feel like I heard something about teeth but I don’t know your hair might start falling out at a young age, again I don’t know if you meant genuine anorexia or just skipping meals (though skipping meals is also really bad) better safe then sorry

He just said the most common fallacy myth most people think long distance cardio will help lose weight. Being on the bike or treadmill for fat loss for hours a day is a waist of time with seeing little to no progress.

daily check ins help me way better ! also before sleep AND after waking up... and maybe post bowel movement or post fasted cardio too. three times a day is way better than once a week I find. Then you start seeing it as scientific data instead of some big event

I have a Lung Transplant, take anti rejection drugs, chronic kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism and Sjögren’s disease I am having a rough time loosing. Exercise 6 days a weeks and eat healthy buti I loose only to gain it back . Can’t fast because of Kidney disease. Definitely Stress.

prioritize protein, lift weights and drink lots of water man. HIIT is probably the best for burning extra calories fast

I walk 21 miles per week, run 1-2 miles 1-2x a week, swim 40 laps per week, lift heavy 4x a week, play with the dog, play with the kiddo like tennis and bike riding, I do 30mins of kickboxing 5x a week, I mow an acre and a half with a push mower 1x a week. My belly still does not go away. There's no way I'm not burning as much or more than what I eat. I don't get it. I went on a seven year drug binge, got down to 110 pounds from 215, still had a small belly. I'm 211 now, and my belly is always the same proportion to my body size. In 41 years of life, I have never seen my abs.

I'm 62. I exercIsed most of my life. I ran, lifted weights, swam miles in the pool, could do an occasional century on my bike - the latest at 58....but I didn't take the time to really learn about nutrition. January 1 of this year, I started a low carb/high fat diet. In 3 months I went from 169 lbs. to 139 lbs. - and did no cardio. IMHO, I think if your primary goal is to lose weight, cardio is a waste of your time. Cardio merely burns glycogen in your blood that is replaced by your next meal. Unless you are doing 2-3 hours of cardio per day, you won't see real results without adjusting your carb intake.

i love this guy named abdirisaq fitness he was fat shamed in school and he lost 50kilograms and he is no fitness influncer and instead he is a fat loss expert and his advice has helped me shed those pounds could not recommend his videos more! good luck on your journey.

My main problems are cravings and I’m helping with it by slowly removing things from what I eat daily like I used to drink a few cokes a day and I changed that to two a day limit then one a day limit with the only exceptions being when I go to an amusement park because I walk a lot more than usual
