err...correct me if I was wrong, by rolling the cost up, you added the parent cost as well as the child cost, would that cosidered a duplicated cost calculation?

I'm working with BOM, I see you has an error because they're not really 2 wheels because they are different. It's a front wheel and a rear wheel, because they are different . If they do it as you say, they will make 2 wheels the same but they are different.
