A complete guide to make Pizza from scratch at home.

INGREDIENTS:
1) REGULAR PIZZA DOUGH:-
2 cups of water (luck warm)
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup milk powder
500 gms maida
2 tbsp butter (room temperature)
1 tsp oil
METHOD:-
1) Add water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and keep covered for 5 to 7 minutes.
2) Now, add all the ingredients except flour and oil and mix well.
3) Now, add butter to it and massage it properly, massage it with oil and keep it covered in a warm place for one to one and a half hours.
2) THIN CRUST PIZZA DOUGH:-
Ingredients :-
2 cups maida
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp salad oil
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp semolina
Water as needed
1 tsp sugar
METHOD:-
1) Add water, yeast, sugar in a bowl, cover and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
2) Now, in a bowl add all the remaining ingredients as shown and make a
dough.
3) Prepare dough balls of 220 grams from the prepared dough and rest for 15
to 20 minutes.
4) Now, roll the pizza from the prepared dough balls as shown, prick them,
bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
5) Cool the pizza to room temperature.
6) Now make topping as shown and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
3) PIZZA SAUCE:-
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp butter
2 tsp garlic (chopped)
2 onions chopped
1 kg of blanched tomato pulp
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili flakes
5 to 6 basil leaves
METHOD:-
1) Heat oil and butter in a pan, add garlic and saute it.
2) Now, add onion, tomato ketchup and all ingredients except basil and cook
well.
3) Add basil to it and mix well and keep aside.
4) PESTO SAUCE:-
Ingredients :-
50 gms fresh basil
10 gms fried cashews / walnuts
3-4 green chillies
10-12 cloves garlic
50 gms spinach blanch
Salt to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp white pepper powder
2 ice cubes
Water as needed
METHOD:-
1) Grind all the above ingredients in a grinder and prepare the pesto sauce.
5) FARM FRESH PIZZA TOPPING:-
Pizza sauce
Bell Pepper (Dice)
mushroom
Onion slices
Olives
Babycorn
Mozzarella cheese
Dice cheese
6)MARGHERITA PIZZA TOPPING:-
Pizza sauce
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Pesto sauce
Broccoli
Jalapeno
Paneer
Capsicum
Mozzarella cheese
Diced cheese
