at 6:00: Hidden in the "assessed value" is the profit number. That is the assumed profit the other people collect. This profit number is collected by states, corporations, and individuals. The individual gets a small fraction of this value by SSI and other forms of "retirement" which they can spend on others but the majority is kept by others. The "unpriced consequences" is also kept. There is a massive fault in the price of transportation by its fuel if the transportation does not carrier it directly because it makes a convenient way to hide one person's gain from "unpriced consequences" to someone else's. Better is to say that electrical transport makes the transport cost a variable on the source of electric supply. This means that the source is "dirty" if the energy is dirty or "clean." Or to put it another way, electrification is necessary but not sufficient.

too many speculations from the technology point of view. I think the lecture lacks of supporting technical data to support the arguments, especially about coal.
