In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content), as well as contact us directly on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 These materials are also available via channel membership on KZbin: www.youtube.com/@BarnevognverkstedNo/membership , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerworkshop

I wish this video was out last year before I bought the G-Luxe. I have experienced the issue with the wobbly handles and chasis. Besides that, the open and fold is inconvenient (I would not recommend this stroller for anyone who will be traveling alone with a child that cannot sit or stand on their own, as you will definitely need both hands to close and likely also to open and will have to put the baby down to do so). Also, though it comes with a carry strap, it’s actually really clumsy and pretty heavy to carry on your shoulder, especially if you will be walking up more than one flight of stairs while carrying the baby. I definitely do not recommend the G-Luxe.

Hi! Which one would you recommend? I am in a similar situation like you and will be flying alone with my baby. I am not the strongest person 😶

I know this isn't a part of this video but I'm curious about your opinion about the Bugaboo Butterfly tipping issue. I've been back and forth for months about strollers and really want the butterfly for its tall seat back, but it looks pretty slanted backward, and I've read a few reviews about it tipping backwards too easily, or even to the side.

That's interesting. I need to read more... I don't have a tipping issue with mine. We stick to the weight amount that's allowed and it works perfectly

I have been using my butterfly for a few months and use it almost every day. I have bever had a tipping problem. I even tried hanging a heavy changing bag from the handlebar and it does not tip, even without a child in the seat!

I’m another butterfly user - coming up on a year of daily use after getting it last summer right when it was released. It tipped over backwards once, in the airport, when I had a heavy backpack hooked to the stroller handle and removed my 20lb child from the stroller seat. Sooo totally my fault. Under “normal” conditions I’ve never had an issue with tipping or stability with or without my kid in the stroller. I’ve flown with it, it’s our daily stroller for paved bike path walks, it’s small enough to navigate healthcare settings…it’s been so amazing!

I actually didn't even like cruz v2, so many people recommended it but why is the seat so low, how do I get the basket properly if baby is parent facing and without hitting my head on the handlebar...it just didn't feel right at all

Which compact/lightweight double stroller DO you recommend? Preferably side-by-side?

We did a video on it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g57FeoWVgZWJjck For other 2-child options (side-by-side), there's this video as well: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4WydmaJec1-j80

Hi, I'm a nanny of 9 year and have used my fair share of strollers. I completely agree! Umbrella models are terrible! I'd recommend the baby jogger city mini GT Double. Regardless of if you get the older model or the newer model. It's an excellent model that will last you years. I would specifically recommend the city mini gt over the regular city mini because of the no fill tires which gives a much smoother push. It's real do it all stroller which means you really don't need to buy a second stroller unless you truely want to.
