I love pasta salad! my 2 fave quick and easy versions are: pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, vegan mayo, soy yogurt, salt and pepper (a dash of orange juice is optional) pasta, cherry tomatoes, a lot of arugula, olive oil, vinegar, pine nuts (or walnuts or other nuts/seed) salt and pepper

Pasta salads are the only type of pasta I want to eat in the summer. So fresh and cooling but at the same time, much more satisfying than a boring salad! I was actually planning on making some for work tomorrow, so this recipe came up just in time! . As always, truly enjoyed watching as your videos and recipes are just fantastic! I made the first one with vegan mayo instead of that other stuff and also added chickpeas and onions because I didn’t have much else and it turned out pretty good. I’ll be trying the other ones next time!

I made your Buffalo Cauliflower Pasta Salad on Monday. I saw the recipe on Facebook, had all the ingredients, so I made it. It was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. My boyfriend and me ate almost the entire recipe for dinner. It was great both warm and cold. I then made it again on Tuesday haha. It seriously satisfied my buffalo wing craving. It has such a great flavor profile with such few ingredients. I haven't eaten pasta salad in forever. I'll have to try your other two recipes on here. Thanks!

I like to make salads for work since I don’t have access to warm up my meals. For my salads I do; sandwiches style lettuce chopped up with red onions, vegan shredded cheese and chickpea salad toppers. For my dressing I use the brand Healthy Choice Plant Based Garden French dressing. If I’m eating the salad at home I eat on the side vegetarian turkey roast by the brand Quorn. If I’m not eating the salad at home I like to eat on the side sunflower kernels.

The dressing for the tex-mex salad reminds me of our esquites. We mix mayo, lemon, chilli powder, grated cheese (some use sour cream) and corn, one of the most common food street at night in Mexico

My gosh, I have not had any artichokes in so long! And as my family has always loved Mediterranean flavours, this will probably be the one I'll give a go first ;D Also, a strange tip for the tofu-feta: If you have some sour dill pickles available (and you actually like to eat them ;P) marinating the tofu in the brine makes it real cheesy! You have that tangy, salty and fermented flavour you normally get in feta so it is really worth giving a try!

@@lareessahhh Yes and no- these have different seasonings (usually) and the water has more of a cucumber-y flavour. However, this is still much better than plain tofu for such purposes :D

I made the buffalo cauliflower pasta... It was great, better the second time around. I squeezed half of a large lemon instead of water in the buffalo sauce and tahini; and, I did not have any cauliflower so I left that out. It was the bomb!
