I use cinnamon in my coffee and organic popcorn. Turmeric, cumin are added to my sauces and lemon and ginger added to my tea with chia seeds

I started with cinnamon, then switched to Ceylon cinnamon, turmeric and fenugreek, I added Bernadine and alpha lipoic acid, I do not like ginger, at all!

may i say fenugreek, and though it is not spice but it can be used as so , fenugreek is fabulous in decreasing blood sugar for me .

@@ummeruman9661 boiled in water then adding the boiled seeds to salad , or just eat the boild fenugreek as i like their bitter taste. one tea spoon a day or two
