Just new to thermo mix. I make my own breadcrumbs that I have dried I use the crusts is this ok in my machine the noise worried me

The noise is perfectly fine :) You won't damage the blades milling...it is made for that :) Enjoy your thermomix and keep asking questions as you have them.
