@Ashlyn Queen When you "need" someone back, it means something in you is incomplete without them. That's desperation; no one (narcissists not included) wants that kind of pressure on them. Women especially experience this with men who idolize them. When you reach the point where the thing you want no longer completes you, i.e. you're happy without it, that's when the thing will show up. As many have mentioned on here, they realized the person they wanted was not that great. So they had to learn something about themselves to get past whatever fantasy they had that this person was "the one". You will attract the person you want by being your best self; model that which you seek. We can all tell deep down when someone is truly complete on their own and not seeking us to do it for them. It is hard; no doubt about it. I am going through similar things on many levels. Choosing to not want something so that it will show up...what?? It doesn't make logical sense. All I know is the chase will get you nowhere and will push them further away. It's always a lesson, and the only thing we can do is choose how quickly we learn it. I am learning mine at a deep cost, and it is hard to accept that cost in order to move forward.

I have always felt (theory) that the tears or feelings sends out a vibration into the energy field. It reaches them at some point (takes time) signaling them back. This is not because it is meant to be - it is because they are responding to the strong energy you sent out and they don't know how to respond to it, so they contact you. It's best to move on in most cases unless you see a dramatic change in them. One thing is for sure - it takes years for someone to change.

Change does not happen by coincidence, and to leave things by Chance doesn’t work neither. Yet one needs to understand that choices must be made and with that decision point wether it comes from a male or females perspective yet bringing that person to sudden she’ll shock and making the affected lover come to realization and the initiating person being patient and watching it unfold and seeing the redaction along with a response and intentions to decide If the person is worth keeping or better off without them this could work I would say half the time but if it was just an act try because Of a person being selfish or trying to draw attention for ones own doing and being foolish while with someone you stand way in time getting that person back unless the person comes clean and accepts all the negatives and turns all that in to positives it’s in no books! I did this with my ex, After 6 months of not speaking I tried visualizing being with him everyday for 3 months. Then an insane circumstance happened where we ran into each other at a festival. Turns out he was still a jerk though so yes I got what I wanted to manifest but it's really a "be careful what you wish for" thing ;) I mean it was really crazy, I even put a dress on my wall by my door and I'd always say "the next time I see him I'll be wearing that dress" and that's exactly what happened!

I have been studying LOA for over two years and it works great. It's given me a lot of creative power. It's really cool once you understand how it works. I bought a gratitude journal and started writing everything I was thankful for every day and I also wrote things I loved about our relationship then I decided to live life to the fullest he was still on my mind but I always say to myself "GOD works everything out for my good" two weeks after doing that I was eating Taco Bell and their hot sauce always have like random sayings well the one I picked up said "they always come back" took it as a sign from the universe then left it at that two days later I get a message from him that he misses me and needs me. Why are people so obsessed with getting their ex's back? I would not play god on that topic because there must be a reason why someone is now your ex. People should stop waisting their time chasing the ex and instead take care of themselves and let go. Maybe you are not meant to be together. Maybe you don't match. Maybe the both of you need to learn to take care of yourselfs first before bounding. It could be that the universe has something amazing for you and you should give it a try and trust it. Get yourself together, learn to be independent, learn to live and love life, love yourself, make experiences and if you and your ex are meant to be, then it will be. Just let go and trust.

Keerthi Vasu you can and should not try to break somebody else's will, they have to do it for themselves. What you are trying to do with is to force somebody's feelings to your favor and that is something you don't do. Never ever force someone to love you, because that could backfire very quickly and don't abuse the LoA to force certain feelings from from people.

Great vid! you speak well! One of the things I struggle with is how it seems the general public opens up to you easier, quicker and better when you are with an attractive female by your side. It's like having a pretty girl gives instant acceptance and everyone is friendly. Guys want to shoot the shit, other girls seem to flirt with me more and so on. It's like doors open all over the place. But when it is just me solo, it feels like I am almost invisible sometimes. I have been contemplating for a few days on what, or if I should write what I am about too. I am a 48 year old gay man. I am very fond of a co-worker who is much younger. They are 25. This is NOT an age thing, and I look like our 30's, but again, this is not about age, something else. Now, I know I will not get a response from Mr. Doughty; which is fine, but I do notice on many of his videos, people leaving remarks of was he has helped them, and offered their own advice, and right now I would appreciate that. Now, I want to give you the readers digest version, but I have a feeling I will be goin the scenic route. I never believed in 'love at first sight'. I always felt that was just something people said after they met their soul mate or partner they marry. But, I have had a very strange past few months. A little back story; which is important. When I went from private school to public I was on the basketball team and became close friends with (we will call him Joe). We were inseparable all through high school and after. I knew I was gay before I met Joe...you know at a young age when your Luke Skywalker and Han Solo action figures were sleeping in the same bed, and you left Leia with Chewy. The funny thing was Joe and I never did anything romantic until our senior year. He ended up marrying a wonderful woman and had children. But, I was crushed, but came out and moved to Florida for college. Being in a new cit...a NEW State was amazing, but living my truth was the best even though my parents stopped talking to me. I only had 3 partnes (boyfriends) between 1997-2008. I loved all three of them, but they were vastly different They are still ALL great men, and I only wish them the best in their lives. But, last year, I lost my closest friend, business, and so much more, but I found a great job, a month before my business closed, so there was some hope. I started in June 2019. I became close friends with a female co-worker who I confided in. She mentioned another co-worker who confided in her. We will call him Dave. Dave is handsome, very quiet. He seems very angry a lot f the time; which peaks my curiosity. I was a Counselor for a long time, so I love to sit and listen...watch. Things became odd when around March I had the most vivid dream. I dream a lot, but lately most of them are stressful. This was different. I had a dream Dave and I got married in Hawaii, and my family was there, and one thing that stood out was my mother hugged him and said, "We are so glad your part of the family now..." HE replied, "I never had one." My mother looked at him, "What?" Dave said, "He never had a family." After that he pulled out the small 5x4 wrapped gifts, and said to me "Are you ready?" And, even though it was my dream I was clueless. DAve smiled, that smile that got me the first time I saw him, "Remember????" Then it came to me. Thee wrapped gifts he handed my parents and my sisters family were pictured of an ultrasound of a woman having our child, but she was having quadruplets. Then I do not remember much else from the dream except I refused to go in the water because of sharks, and asking him if he had everything he wanted? He only said, "I would like a son too." Now, the dream got me thinking about Dave more then I usually did. My thoughts are not lustful at all, they are pure. Since then we do not see each other much at work due to varying shifts. We do not email or talk as we are not that close. There was one other dream I had after listening to another meditation to help me sleep. It was a friend of mine driving Dave and I in my truck somewhere, and Dave leaned over and kissed me, and he had that damn smile going and said, I hope are kids are ass tan as you?" I laughed because I am Irish I don't tan well. But in the previous dream the lady having our kids was Polynesian. Again, I just kissed him back and said, "You make me happy." So, the main reason for me writing all of this is that I have NOT had these type of feelings since I was with Joe back in High school. I honeslty LOVE the feelings, but am scared, because I remember how hurt I was when Joe left me. Like I explained to o you forget something like this/my female coworker, I do not think I truly oved the 3 other men I dated. I never felt like this, except when I was with Joe. How do you forget this? The only thing I can think of is I was young in another state and finally out of the closet. So, I know the right thing to do, be Daves friend, be yourself and everything will work out. My Aunt just lost her wife/partner of 40 years. They had a 20 year age difference and et when my aunt was the age I am now. So, the age thing is mute. With COVID going on it makes things difficult to hang out. But, I have been watching this young mans videos and a few others. My fear is this...getting hurt. It is nice to be able to feel this way for someone, but what happens if the object of ones affection is not returned. I am not sure if he feels the same r not, as he is very quiet, and I do not see him often where we can even talk. I always like to think we know deep in our hearts what to do, but I feel like I am square one with Dave. One last thing. the first time I saw him I was running in the gym at work and he came in. He got on the other treadmill, and I asked if he wanted the tv off? He shook his head no, and he smiled. I couldn't stop looking into his eyes as he smiled. That smile, I still cannot get it out of my head. When I think of Dave and I, and a future it is positive, but I also want him happy, even if it is not with me. I have a feeling the only advice anyone can give me is to just wait and see, and I am way to chicken to ask him out. I am a confident person, but, he and I work together, so I need to make sure I knowhow he feels about me before I move forward. Any advice is welcomed. Sorry for the long email.

And for those of you thinking I have lost it, my previous way of thinking, I would agree with you. Every person I dated, except for Joe, I lusted for. When I think of Dave I think of what kind of dates we will go on, being married, having kids, laughing, I am not on Facebook, but when I told my female co-worker my favorite music and movies, she ran over to her computer and pulled up Daves….so many things the same; which I normally do not lik. Part of me does like someone who likes different things to learn from, but, this made me feel like we have something in common. Is it possible Dave could be my soul mate? So many videos on here say do not think about the other person becaue you could send bad energy. Who do you believe? What is the right thing to do? I feel like my head is spinning. I run every day, and work out, and that helps keep some focus. But, I do not want to scare Dave away or send bad energy to him. I feel like I did when I first met Joe back in 7th grade. My heart is racing like 100 miles an hour. I went to a very dark place when Joe left. I DO NOT want to get to go to that place ever again, so that is why I am scared. Hello all Allow me to put this into the universe. I met a young lady. She had a boyfriend but gave me her number anyway. We communicated on and off. I told her how I felt and it made her balk 😔 I fell back lightly not wanting to overwhelm her but something in her I wanted to explore. I disagree with letting it go. The idea is to create what you want from the beginning, without attachment and with innocence, and to keep your clear focus on what you want again and again. If you do eventually decide to let it go (and not think about it again), this is only after you have placed enough energy into it so that the vacuum that will pull it to you will be created, just like with compulsion and habit.

Miss Molly Molly, you are exactly right, I have had this experience with almost all of my manifestations. The correct concept of "Letting go" refers to letting go of an awareness of not having something, and instead just methodically focusing on the feeling of already having through visualization, etc. The idea is that this simulates the experience of already having something and puts that energy and vibration out into the Universe (and dissolves resistance to receiving it). Doing this long enough builds the energy and feeling of already having it - depending on one's resistance this can take some time or be done in an instant.

Patricia Lopez "Without attachment" usually means that you are relaxed about manifesting so that when you do manifesting techniques, you are not worrying about whether they will not work. This is so important because if you consistently and strongly doubt, you can slow down or prevent your manifestation because you are putting out energy contrary to you having what you want to manifest. To get to a point of non-attachments, it's helpful to both build faith in your manifesting abilities, and to also know and feel that whatever the outcome of your manifesting efforts, you will be okay and have a good life. This way you can manifest from a place of peace and power.

Kayla Great..sit straight, put on your ear plugs and inhale and exhale for about 10 times. Than try to observe what is going inside your mind and body. Don't get distracted by outside world. Be in this state for about 15 mins and then come back slowly to consciousness. This needs to be practiced everyday.

Every relationship is meant to teach us something about ourselves...whether it's something we want or don't want. As long as we have an understanding that the ex was there for a reason...we are ready to move forward. Very simplistic understanding. The concept is about resonance: if you resonate with another, you attract that other. If you lost that other, your resonance needs to change. Its like water flowing downhill that meets an obstacle. The water rises until it finds a path in which it can continue downhill. If you change your own resonant energy field, then you affect those whose energy is in synchronisation to yours, and you become in union. Its not about manipulation at all.

This is all so true... Unfortnately, doing the right thing can sometimes be so hard! I went through tough times the last couple of years, always struggling with the "feel it before you have it" part. About two years ago I met the love of my life, and really, in this relationship and at any time I spent with him I managed to be the best version of myself. Beginning of this year we moved together, and step by step my "old self" came back, I was just not able to keep up the good vibration. I think I somehow manipulated myself and my luck, not being aware that this actually happend. Right now we`re talking about breaking up - or, to be more precise, he`s thinking of breaking up, leaning 40% towards me and 60% against me. I`ve spent the last two days crying. I know I have to let him go, but I don't know how to do it. When we break up, I`m literally left behind with nothing - a job that does´nt pay the rent, I have no family I could go to, I don't even have a single peace of furniture, it's all his. But the existencial part is just one thing - for me he's still the love of my life, and I know it's my own fault that we are where we are know. Right now I´m more than just sad - I'm literally terrified. And it seems absolutely impossible to feel anything positive.

Letting people go is so powerful. Once a guy I liked stopped communicating and I deleted is number and I NEVER delete numbers. literally the next day he texted me and I didn't know who it was because he was texting different and seemed excited. And we finally hung out and had a great time.
