Well there's a little more to being a QB than the two things you mentioned. If you really think you have the ability to play QB at a high level and you are not getting the chance, try getting on a 7on7 team that is willing to have you play QB. Join a flag football team etc. It's about getting the reps and showing people that you can actually do it.

Do you at least know what kind of offense they run? How do you guys practice if you have no film? If there isn't any film ultimately, just know your coverages inside and out. Play them with strict discipline and be on top of your technique. I assume they have no film on you so it's all even.
