3 Techniques on how you can end fights in just a few seconds with 1 move. Ending fights in seconds is very important when you are defending yourself. You don't want to take any damage from your opponent when they attack you, these tips will help you avoid the unnecessary prolonged fight. I don't recommend fighting in the streets but you have to learn self-defense.

Him and Coach Anthony are easily top 2 Coach Anthony goes into great detail on different ways to box, but he doesn’t really cover street self defense that often. I think Tony Jeffries has more videos on that topic.

Thank you for the tips Champ! Your videos are very informative. I can attest to the slap technique from personal experience. . Once I had had a verbal fight with a bully at university. He was about same height as me but beefier. I wasn't a coward, but I didn't want to escalate it into physical confrontation because I had a job lined up and didn't wish to jeopardize that. . So I walked out of class in a huff and got onto my motorbike and put on my helmet. When I was about to start the motorbike, the bully had caught up to me at the parking lot and before I could realize it and react, he struck me with a powerslap similar to what you just showed in the video. For a second I was a little dazed but otherwise I was totally fine - but remember I was wearing a full-head-covering motorbike helmet. If not for the helmet, he would have struck me flush on the left ear and I would have fallen off the motorbike, head first onto the concrete floor - a bloody mess. . What happened later? I attempted to get down from the motorbike and fight him but my friend had just grabbed him from behind to hold him off. And my friend screamed out to me to "Walk away. You've come here to only study. Don't fight - just walk away." I was angry at that guy and wanted to get back at him for the sneaky slap, but my friend's screams brought me to my senses and I just drove away.

Hey Tony! I was wondering if you could do a video of fighting when you’re against the ropes/cornered. Typically the phrase “against the ropes” has a bad connotation and isn’t a good sign when fighting. On the other hand I’ve seen people intentionally retreat to the ropes with the likes of Ali or Mayweather and use it to their advantage. I think most fighters at some point will find themselves at the edge of the ring, so I think it’s worth covering. Thanks for the awesome videos =)

Here's my story: I weigh 55 kg and stand at 5'7" . Just day before yesterday two boys around the same age as me, about 20-21 years old, both larger and taller, confronted me while I was walking. They asked for my name and then asking me why I was on their road trying to bully me . The main guy told me to run before he counted to five. I simply stood there in a stance creating distance, staring at the main bully , and said fuck you in my own language. Suddenly, the main bully swung a right hook at me, but I slipped to the left and countered with a left hook of my own. While he didn't completely lose consciousness, he wobbled and sat onto the ground, appearing dazed for a moment as if he forgot what the fuck was happening there. The other guy with him was frozen and scared. I slapped him and warned not to do such things in the future. My left pinky finger's knuckle is now swollen. And now i will avoid walking on that road alone for months. I don't want to get beaten up . 😝

@@premiumacc5192 you guys are probably from western country where police arrives within 1 minute of calling and life is easy, you dont know how this part of world operates, there is no bigger issue like gun violence here but while walking even if you make eye contact with boys they will beat you up. In school and college the bunch of guys forms gangs and beat new comers. Let me tell you another story when I was at 9th grade one senior guy beat shit out of me that my jaw got dislocated, still makes cracking sound while opening mouth. It's has been 8 months i have been doing boxing and I have won gold medal at novice national game. ;)

I have seen a few big guys dropped by a head butt from a smaller guy. Headbutting them cross the bridge of the nose is instant game over. They hit the ground like a tonne of bricks with blood everywhere. Never let anybody step up into your face for that reason. Rule 1 Avoid a fight if possible. Rule 2 Don't let somebody get their head close enough to headbutt you.

Fantastic advice. You may think the slap won't end a fight, well a strike of just about any capacity to the carotid sinus will actually confuse your brain into believing your blood pressure is through the roof. Your body makes an attempt to adjust its blood pressure to compensate and people pass out due to loss of blood flow to the brain. It's not the act of hitting hard that puts people to sleep. It's the act of shutting off the oxygen to the brain, and that in turn shut the brain off for a soft reboot if you will. The same thing happens with choke submissions. Your not inflicting any damage. Your just cutting off their air supply to the brain.

As much as may hurt most of the boxers/kickboxers/MT practitioners/karate/BJJ... feelings only Aikido covers 100 percent of street defence situations. Punch to solar plexus? Who said oponent will not have thick jacket? Or armor, or shield? Or some kind of weapon. Slap to the face? What if attacker have motorcycle helmet? You gonna slap or headbut the helmet? For example i wear baseball hat with hard edge. But even softer hat will broke your nose on your headbut. Also possibility of oponent to lift shoulder or uppercut your head but is quite real. So what else do you have? Punch to solar plexus with bare knuckles ... all takes to carry my medal which is from stainless steel and your fist will be shreded. Also whistle is hanging at same level. Hanging objects on the neck will act as armors/shields. Even stopwatch, necklaces, keys, chains, whistles, torches. Under the shirt. So you gonna end up with broken fist. Some people hang their smartphones. Could be objects in internal pockets. Even friesbee is more than enough to block your shot. And still you have to hit very hard to KO the oponent. Hardly will KO Mike Tyson in its prime with 1 punch to chest.

Is that so ? Saw Mike Tyson send many giants to la la land. Also Jack Dempsey beat a guy 60 pounds heavier absolutely butchered the guy.

Yes. Fair fights are for the ring, with an opponent of a similar size and experience who you’ve agreed to fight under a set of rules. Somebody trying to attack you after you’ve told them you don’t want to fight doesn’t deserve fair play, and they’re not gonna fight fair either.

Stop telling people it will be over in seconds... Sometimes yes most times no period depends on who's throwing the punch and who's receiving the blow... Slap me like that on the real and we're going to the ground and your getting choked out and then I'm getting up and kicking your head like a soccer ball fact........
