I'd go for method 1 and 3! Method 1 for using my suitcase. Method 3 for using my traveller rucksack (short journeys). Method 2 will have me worrying that something may spill on it, like toothpaste or lotions. But thank you for showing me how to fold my suit jacket nicely! (Finally... NO more wrinkles! 😎)

Nice! Personally I'd go for method 1... The 2nd method reminds me of how I fold my t-shirts and the 3rd method is better suited (See what I did there?) for commuters and backpackers.

Two works best for me. Flipping the lapel inside out may wrinkle it. You can get away with wrinkles pretty much anywhere else but the lapel. I have a question tho, if you're still reading comments on this video -- how long do you think it's safe to keep a jacket folded in a suitcase? I'll be mobile for a couple months and I'll have five suits with me. Thanks for your videos!

Over the past four years I've traveled a number of times where suits were needed: weddings, memorial services, worship meetings, etc etc and every time before packing I come back to this video to make sure to get method one right. Clothes always look pressed... as long as I don't bunch crumpled items on top of the suit. Mea culpa. Going on another trip so am here. Again :) thx

I'll try 2 . 1 & 3 go against the normal shape of the shoulders and lapels and rolling it goes against the straight flatness of the entire jacket. Method 2 seems best it doesn't violate the original shape of the shoulders or lapels
