Since I started to invite my soul to cook with me.....to dance with me....to read a book with me......etc. everything changed much😃ease and grace and fun. " soul, you know the fun ways...show me" One time I said to soul " today I want to be a joyfull traveler" my mind " hey! We habe coronatime....no traveling!" Hm.....no traveling🤔then I asked soul " are there other options to travel?" My soul " culinary journey....Musical journey Literature traveling". That was amazing! I cooked new meals.....did listen to new Music from other countries.....did read new books. And that was so much fun😃😃😃😃I invite soul to everything....every experience and it gets so much deeper. Soul will infusing it and make it even MORE. It is amazing. Give it a try. Soul loves to Play with you😃

As a 24/7 spousal caregiver, fun is something we struggle with while dealing with health concerns, and difficulty hiring caregivers to help me. Humor we use all the time. We entertain each other with fun voices, accents and characters. It really is an intentional effort to remember to "create our own fun".
@trangnatalie11803 жыл бұрын
This video is simple but effective and so practical. It made me realize that I also need to add more fun into my life. I firmly believe that we all chose to be in this physical form because we would like to have a joyous and memorable journey on this beautiful planet. And we should remember that life contains both happy and unhappy, easy and difficult things. We, therefore, should never feel sad or discouraged. We are here to explore and experience. Failures and challenges are certain but we are ready to accept them because we know that overcoming them will make us stronger and wiser. More importantly, conquering the hard things is a fun thing to do to prove that we are so powerful.

People forget about and underestimate the power of costumery to inject a little fun! Get silly wearables from the dollar store or Five Below or whatever, headbands, tutus, fun hats, silly sunglasses, face paints, silly socks, pins, light up stuff, funny boxers over your pants, a clown nose, magic wand, old Halloween costumes you have in the closet, a tiara, colorful scarves, stickers, etc. There’s something about cleaning in a tutu and tiara or doing your taxes in a princess costume that’s just so fun! 😂
