So what has garlic bread got to do with pasta? I’m half Italian, half British, so I’ll try and explain: Pasta + garlic bread is a very British thing! What we do in Italy is use fresh, plain ciabatta bits to mop up any leftover sauce from the plate so as to 1. not waste any of mamma‘s sugo and 2. clean the plate because we eat salad after the main course.

I will definitely use some of this for inspiration, and thank you for the ideas. But....I'm sorry, the first isn't "garlic bread" . That's just a garlic paprika baked tortilla chip. (Not a bad thing-just not garlic bread. Also maybe try some chili with the paprika and a spritz of lime on it. Great with homemade guac!)
