I de-stress by walking barefoot on the ground. Reconnecting to the Earth decreases inflammation and countless other illnesses. Look into The process of Earthing/Grounding. It works!!

I was wondering : dealing with severe health issues for a while, I've been doing qigong and acupressure on all 12 yuan source points 3x a day for a few months and I've seen incredible improvements. However, I saw someone mention that using all 12 yuan source points at the same time on a weakened person would make them even weaker. From my knowledge, yuan source points balances the meridian no matter what so I doubt this information but I still got scared it actually hindered my qigong practice. Do you have some wisdom to share on this? Thank you!

Sleep strengthens the immune system you say. Aha that's why the Doctor always say take the tablets and get into bed. Which is something we all do naturally anyway. If you feeling sick you just wanna lie down and sleep. Interesting thank you.
