I’m back after watching this a year ago. These exercises helped me to switch out of active Hashimoto’s and I felt so much better. I forgot that I even had it. Just recently life became stressful and I began eating unhealthy foods. Day before yesterday I had a really bad episode with my thyroid. It felt like someone was squeezing it and it was not only painful but scary. I had a headache and my mood was black. Almost frantic like I wanted to crawl out of my body to escape how I felt. I got home and felt desperate to get past how I was feeling and I remembered these exercises. I immediately began doing the bouncing with my hands folded over my thyroid. It worked to pull me out of that nightmare within only a few minutes. My thyroid stopped hurting and the choking feeling was gone. It was a miracle. I’m now back to doing these exercises daily to get my thyroid back to functioning properly. If you’re suffering, do these exercises. Yes, they might seem odd or silly but they are extremely effective. I’m eternally grateful to this wonderful teacher.

People in the comments don’t forget diet plays an important role too. A lot of thyroid problems are triggered by intolerance to gluten and dairy, sometimes soy and corn, modified foods that the body now sees as an invader, gluten being a very common trigger as one of its molecules looks just like TPO, which is why the immune system attacks the thyroid gland in error. Anyone with these conditions should cut it out, aswell as start taking D3 (with K2) magnesium, zinc, B12, curcumin, selenium, coQ10 and B6.

Two other siblings also have hypothyroidism and no neck issues. My father's, mother's, mother's sister had a goiter. It seems to me thyroid issues can be from more than one source. The blood flow sounds very true, but I also think pesticides are another source. I started to do the stretch exercises. WOW 😊! That really helped loosen my stiff neck. I have been doing other neck stretches, but lately I've been busy and forgot. Thank you, sir! 🙏☺️

@@annetaylor7496Does gluten really affect hyperthyroidism? I have read so many different things it's confusing on the internet because most everything that pops up when I type in hyperthyroidism is it talks more about hypothyroidism... That can be confusing.. I have hyperthyroidism.. last Summer my backyard black walnut tree was bombarded with close to 10000 of those lantern flies to the point where you couldn't even go out in the yard. I was worried they were going to kill my tree so I took a long pole and knocked them all off my tree for a few hours a day for a couple weeks. Then I had to kill them All after I knocked them off my tree and they were covering all the branches all the way to the top of my tree. It was absolutely horrible... I got PTSD so bad from that... And I started to get very anxious I thought I was going crazy. Like a fight or flight mode.. 😂 Lolol. But then to find out that my thyroid readings were so low off the scale it almost didn't exist.. I was officially diagnosed with hyperthyroidism.. started taking methimazole and my anxiety decreased alot... That was my worst symptom for having hyperthyroidism... The other one was I lost a lot of weight.. and I thought that was due to the PTSD from killing the damn lantern flies 😮.lolol I wasn't eating properly.. in fact I was hardly eating at all.. hypothyroidism is mostly talked about on the internet even when I type in hyperthyroidism .I get confused as to what foods I should avoid for hyperthyroidism... Thanks for replying if you do... And if you don't that's okay because I I am more aware of gluten and I will now research more on gluten and hyperthyroidism.. thank you and have a great day 👍 🙏😊

@@lisasunray6449glad for your energy levels. But goodness that's a lot of iodine. You know excess iodine can eventually create hypothyroid too right? That was my case, all because my nurse Mom kept warning me to get enough iodine for healthy thyroid! She had no idea about selenium, zinc, iron & VitD are to the health of the gland & not get autoimmune. She still has severe hypothyroid.

Just watched the video for the first time. Hopefully, the exercises will help my acute thyroiditis to heal faster. I am in the second week with a fever of above 38.5 C. It's quite debilitating. This video helped me with the mystery of my big toe coldness / numbness that started more than a month ago. At the same time, my neck became sensitive. If only I had known back then that could be the symptom, maybe I could prevent becoming very ill. Thank you ❤

You should ask your doctor an antibodies test (for TPOAb and TgAb), along with normal thyroid tests (tsh, T3, T4, etc). Most conventional doctors dont give antibody tests when testing the thyroid, but it’s how you detect Hashimoto’s. It deals with the immune system rather than the thyroid directly. This is why you can have a perfectly “normal” thyroid on tests, because there isn’t anything wrong with your thyroid; it’s just being attacked by your immune system (hence Hashimoto’s). Keep in mind, Hashimoto’s can lead to Hypothyroidism if left untreated.

I have been using castor oil packs of my thyroid and I am going to add these exercises daily. Thank you soooo much for this informative video❤
@maryjanegogal12442 ай бұрын
I just started castor oil packs on my thyroid.. of course my doctor doesn't know that. I don't think I need to tell her either..my doctor wanted to do surgery to remove my thyroid and I said no.. she wanted to do a biopsy. I said no.. I had a biopsy done 8 years ago and it showed nothing.. and biopsies can make things worse.. but I was never diagnosed back then.. today I'm currently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I'm on medicine methimazole.. the only way I found out was because of my blood work.. it's been a span of 8 years since I had my first sonogram.. my second sonogram was 9 months ago. There is a slight increase in size of the three nodules that I have had over the past 8 years...but as soon as I did these exercises today just for those few short minutes my neck already felt better. I didn't know the tightness that I have in my neck could be a part of the thyroid problem... I thought it was just the way that I sleep?. my next sonogram isn't due until February next year 2025.. so with the castor oil packs and the exercising that I'm starting as of today I'm praying that my nodules will have decreased and my thyroid will be more healthy... sometimes I am confused because the most talked thyroid problem on the internet is hypothyroidism. Even when I look up hyperthyroidism it always resorts to what you can do for hypothyroidism. I do not have hypo I have hyper.. so this exercise is good for both types I am pleased to hear that.. I really believe in the castor oil packs.. I have used it for other areas of my body.. but never thought to use it on my thyroid until recently as I was researching thyroid problems castor oil popped up.. I was excited to read that.. it's only been about 2 weeks now since I started the castor oil pack on my thyroid... I even bought a castor oil thyroid wrap off of Amazon.. it has been a blessing to find that. It makes it so much easier to do the castor oil pack on your neck.. I am going to be very curious as to what my next sonogram is going to reveal.. praying it all works out.. I am not going to have surgery.. I am going to heal myself... At least enough that I will not need surgery in the future either..You just have to truly believe and trust...and that I do. I feel blessed to have found this video today 🙏😇

Hi, i had super hard neck muscles too. There are a few things you can do to relax the muscles and then be able to do these exercises: 1. Mix epsom salts with a little warm water. Dip a small towel into the liquid, wring out excess, place around your neck for 20 minutes . If you wear a shirt it will get wet, sorry. Can do as you lie down or, if u can sit down. 2. Homeopathy remedy - magnesium phosphate 30x - relaxes muscles. More effective than magnesium supplement Hope your neck n thyroid get better!
