Mine is spirit gate, heart-7. The variety of ailments this point can help with is incredible and it even helped me not pass out in an ambulance while my heart rate was very high, I even taught this point to the paramedics who saw my heart going from 190+ to 110bpm almost instantly by pressing spirit gate which is a great alternative to the not-natural and potentially harmful nitro they use for heart pain. Its instant and brutal effect on stress is also a very special effect of this point, as it is the only method and acupressure point I know able to completely stop a panic attack in about 20-30 seconds.

@@SarahMJordan My pleasure! Since the stress response is governed by kidney meridian, Kidney 3 supreme stream has an even bigger effect, especially on the feeling of fright, which is probably the worst during a panic attack. It also readjusts the brain to get rid of that sense that nothing around is real. You can use heart 7 in conjonction for even greater results. Hope that helps!

Are you sure it's hives ? Hives are often a sign of really bad nerves . But I'm wondering if it could be a sign of liver problems can you please get your liver enzymes checked ? Sometimes rashes and itchy skin are a sign of liver problems . ... you might want to do some milk thistle to see if that helps get rid of the problem as it is very good for flushing out the liver
@martrini133 жыл бұрын
@@gardensofthegods thank you! I will try milk thistle! So far it seems that allergy medicine took care of the problem …seems 5mg of cetirizine helps but it is still weird, and yeah there was some stuff that came up around the nerves thing…I try to keep myself low stress so idk what happened

@@martrini13 please please try to avoid those big Pharma meds as most of them are no good for the human body and often have side effects that outweigh the benefits . I always remember an adage that a REAL doctor told my brother about the difference between big pharma medicines and real Herbal Healing : Big pharma medications ( which are SYNTHETIC ) always TAKE OUT OF THE BODY SOMETHING IT NEEDS ; HERBS AND MEDICINALS ( organic and all-natural ) GIVE to the BODY something IT NEEDS . That's just something to always keep in mind

I've never found other points did much for me but I've got a horrible toothache tonight and this has helped! It was actually quite painful to press there at first but did both hands and definitely helped a bit. Will remember this for the other symptoms too as I'm a bag of ailments and always tired so I'm keeping an open mind 😊

As a great advice, you could use Yuan source points, which basically balance the Qi inside a channel no matter the type of imbalance. Let's say you have breathing problems (lungs), you could use lung 9 the yuan source point. If you have heart issues or palpitations of any kind, Heart 7 the Yuan source point. They are incredible points and completely safe, hope it helps!

Do I need to apply less pressure? There’s no pain simply soreness. Thank you in advance so much. Much love & gratitude! 🤍💜🤍

Hi! It’s very common to feel soreness and even pain when you press this point. If you don’t want to feel the soreness, I would reduce the pressure to stimulate it.

Hello and Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us. I have recently started or trying to start 7Some self acupressure treatments through a few you tubers. I am 70 years old, in reasonable good health but do have some aches and pains associated with age and just living. I have been diagnosed with Thyroid and it is under control. I have Glaucoma and it is under control. I had Bells Palsy about 2 years ago and now have synkinesis, between my right eye and side of mouth. My question is, is there a order to where a acupressure treatment should start and finish? Do you move head to toe or Toe to head? also when you are doing a generalized treatment for good health, How long is a in studio treatment last? I find myself spending hours a day pushing on several points, which to be honest is sometimes very annoying. sorry to unload my thoughts on you but I am hoping you will respond to the entire message instead of what I have heard on different topics from other you tubers, who just "quick answer" and move on. Thank you again best of health and life.

For fear you want to look at the videos the yoga videos some of them are actually even called yoga for fear . That would be the third chakra ... the yellow one and I can't think of what it's called I think it's called the MANIPURA chakra . But what gives you instant results is a MUDRA FOR FEAR ... you can look these up and they are very easy to do and if you do it for about 7 minutes straight you will start to see results almost instantly where the fear especially in the solar plexus region just vanishes and you can do that several times a day and sometimes you will have no fear for days and even a week or more ! That is where fear gets stuck and all balled up is in the solar plexus region all around the stomach area
