Magnesium is still easy in comparison to those 4g+ potassium you need. And potassium is just absurdly vital for absolute everything it's insane how little talk there is about, especially because if you don't east soja products every day, it's close to impossible to get those 4g+. Wouldn't surprise me if the real reason why asians get older is simply that the eat more soja products...

Always good advice Adam. As an Aussie here in Perth, Western Australia I cracked up when you belted out “bloody amazing”, but then you stated it was your attempt at a British accent. Nah mate, “bloody amazing” is an Aussie thing. Try it in an Aussie accent next time and you will nail it haha. Love what you do 👌🏻

If you are so good why aren't you a real practicing doctor of medicine? You are a chiropractor, and like dentists, not a real doctor. Why should we listen to you. Most GP's in the world don't recognise chiropractors either!!

So go ask your GP for advice. Jeez. It’s my job to make videos to point out the obvious, and your job to have an opinion (even though you’re entirely wrong).
@lesblack41312 күн бұрын
You say you are a chiropractor, not an MD. That's fine by me. I don't believe in chiropractors and I certainly would not go to one. Others might, but you don't have the skills that a MD has in my opinion. Perhaps you should stick to what you know and leave the real medical stuff to the experts.
