Great vid! This new magnetic mask is awesome, also a game changer for blackwater footage. Finally a much easier way to reduce backscatter noise and darken out those unwanted critters.

This is going to be amazing for the really all-blue shots like sharks in open water, where white balance often fails and adjusting the shark often creates awful artifacts in the blue water background. 💙

Dude, I am FURIOUS! My Mac Pro is only 5 years old but Apple says that’s “vintage” and I can’t upgrade my OS so I can’t upgrade Final Cut?!? Edit: disappointed, sigh

@rebeccadarling5894 oh so sorry to hear that Rebecca. Are you still running an intel chip? I think you need an Apple M chip to be able to use those features as they are very intense on the processor. And even though you won't like hearing this, but a 5 year old laptop nowadays does kind of qualify as "vintage". Not that I approve of that concept or like it myself, but it is a reality unfortunately. 😔
