@JennJagerPro You can use the magnetic mask coupled with with some blur effect.... Black Mirror Season 2 Epi 4. Just a tutorial suggestion... wanted to share...coz i am not making it anytime soon. :P The effect also demostrates how we can use the magnetic mask COMPOUNDED with other effects. Cheers.

For the car reflection, I would lower the opacity, but you can also do a gradient opacity to give that fresnel appearance water give with refraction and reflection

Nah. I’m more interest in the subtle uses of the mask. Just being able to colour and luma balance foreground vs background is huge, for example. All of this other stuff is silly visual distractions (annoyances) when you don’t have a good story to tell in the first place.
