In the weeks before her arrest, Claudia Hernandez posted a video on KZbin, remembering her 3-year-old daughter Arely. The child died during an alleged exorcism performed by Hernandez, her brother, and her father, inside a makeshift church in San Jose, California. Prosecutors laid out what an investigation revealed in order to push the case forward to trial. That actually is all very concerning. I'd sleep on the floor if my only other option was with my brother when we are both grown. Sounds to me like the toddler was having a tantrum. As toddlers do. The mom was picking up tiny things that seemed slightly different from her normal behavior and saying it was 'demons'. I didn't catch that they said she did these tantrums 'every night', just that she had a tantrum and would occasionally scream. Kids do that. They also know how the child died, meaning they did an autopsy and they would have caught if the child would have been visibly messed with. So I get why people are assuming the little girl was messed with by her uncle and while I'm not saying it didn't happen, because anything is possible - it just seems like the entire family was nuts. Have you watched her videos on her YT channel? Those videos were posted AFTER her daughter was murder3d and the way she speaks, what she speaks about gave me chills. She didn't act that of a mother who just lost her baby in a horrific way. I'm also a mother, to 4. 10,8 and my you gest just turned 4. I vividly remember when I was small being at the hospital. They needed to cath me. I was fighting. Nurses needed my mom to help hold me down. I remember crying, screaming, and flailing around. I remember my mom's eyes. She was fighting back tears. I'll remember that look in her eyes forever. She was heartbroken. From seeing me in pain, from seeing me scared, from holding me down while I was screaming. The look of desperation, heartbreak, determination, fear, sympathy, and pain. She did it because she had to. I know that. Even then, I knew that. But my fear and pain ended in about 30 seconds. I knew the whole time my mommy loved me and was trying to help me. I can't imagine the pain and fear that poor baby felt when the ones she loved and trusted tortured her

I have no experience with Charismatic Christianity, but I wasn't aware of many others than the Roman Catholic Church believed in demonic possession. The Catholic church has a very thorough investigation when someone claims possession and they help others (not only members of the Catholic Church) and from my research, no deaths have been caused by their methods (that I could find) since 1976 in Germany. If they really felt the girl was possessed, why contact a Catholic Priest. If she really believed this, why would you let your father do whatever when he obviously wasn't experienced? If my dad is a family doctor, I might go to him for advice, but I'm not letting him operate on me if I need surgery.
