Let me tell you 2 things you fear mongers gor wrong. Over taxation and regulation of customers and companies in cannabis drives them to the black market. Also there is 99.9% no cartel involvement in the legal market in Colorado there is much easier ways to make drug money cartels dont want this headache.

This has been a big mistake, now you can barely walk out of the house without being punched in the nose with the stench of smoke. And I mean that literally. I am barely out of a entrance of my building and someone is smoking on the street. NYC is now a open air drug den.

I've never understood why so many of these legalised states have such hard time with the concept that something can be legal to do in private spaces but not in public spaces. Alcohol laws have been this way for centuries. What's so hard about applying the same standard to cannabis? Smoke at home or in a hash bar, but if you smoke on the street it's against the law.
