Thank for the amazing content. Is it possible to put the weight requirement in the demo portion of the specific workout before the actual timed workout in your videos? That way people don't have to press pause to have the right weights

I’ve been following your workouts for a while now, and it’s honestly changed my life. I’m happy with the results I’m seeing, and for once, I’m prioritizing taking care of my body because it motivates me to stay healthy. I love channel because during lock down I started working out 4 times a week . And due to closed gyms I made my home gym dumbles and a bench. Your channel keeps me inspired for different work outs with dumbles

yes you can but u have to do slow and controlled reps to feel the muscles and after that u can increase weight

I started practicing this plan, I'm on the first day and I've finished chest and shoulders training, I'll do the whole plan to the end, plus a lot of protein and we'll see the effects. The training was great, lots of series, high intensity - my favorite type of training.

Hey Tomi! Day 17 I’m really enjoying the vids and progressively increasing the difficulty, it’s great. I have a problem though: I start to be really tired. I’m not used to working out and working out and suddenly training almost everyday, feels like I start accumulating fatigue. I’m not following your meal plan but I try to pay attention to what I eat nonetheless, I cook fresh a lot. I eat rather vegetarian but supplement with whey now for the last few days. I try to sleep (8h) and drink sufficiently. Yet I’m starting to feel super tired in my body and close to skipping a day. Do you have a tip for my body to be able to keep up with the intense rythme of this challenge? Edit by me from the future: just so you guys know, I completed the challenge without taking extra rest days. I did however change my diet by including protein and creatine. I believe that helped!

hello 👋 I'm 15 years old, I have 2 questions only. If I have an elbow impairment, meaning I can't fully extend or retract it, only to a certain degree is it safe? Also second question how long will it take for any results to show (in general not just for this workout) given I keep consistency up?

To progrerssively overload with this, you want to increase the weight load each week by 2-5lbs depending on the muscle group.

You have to up your weights if your muscles are used to it. If you can lift 8-12 reps I'd say it's time to uppity up

If you were gonna repeat you should increase the weight but most likely you should switch your workout up every 4 weeks
