Okay real talk--did you know it was possible to improve your voice? lol
@chrisclarkepiano93353 жыл бұрын
Hey sis, I'm doing the same but not bold enough to put it on my channel lol I should say that you should try not to overwork your voice because it can cause irreversible damage. If your voice feels tired when talking 100% you're overdoing it. All the best though, you improved really well and I hope you continue!
@morningcupofcoffey3 жыл бұрын
@@chrisclarkepiano9335 Thank you! I've taken it down to 2-3 times a week post-challenge for that reason. I appreciate the input though because we don't wanna do permanent damage lol. Good luck on your journey!

I don't use singr. But I check out his stuff. His warmups are really top notch. If you keep doing it. And you do breathing excersises (hiss, etc) pretty much ALL day. You will become a god at singing fast. Don't give up. I've been doing online lessons for a few years. Absolutely life changing. You'll be surprised on how good you can get. Stay dedicated and all your dreams can come true

You have violated God's Law that He wrote in your heart; your own conscience condemns you. Therefore, you deserve 'the fine'-the punishment of hell. But God is good, gracious, and kind. He desires to show you mercy! For this reason, Jesus Christ (God in the flesh) died on the cross. The Law was violated, but Christ paid the fine. He suffered in exchange, as the Substitute; and He rose on the third day. Repent and place all your faith in the Person and work of Jesus Christ, and you will be saved from the wrath of God.

I have been seeing vocal teachers on and off for the past decade and using online videos like Justin's. I've hit a wall in my singing and it's honestly because daily practice has always been hard for me to feel motivated to do. I'd practice here and there and then get frustrated that I wasn't progressing fast enough. I've resolved myself to change that. I bought Eric Arceneaux's online program and have been pushing myself to do it daily. Even if it's just breath-work. I come back to this vid any time I get in my head to a) motivate me and b) set more realistic expectations for myself. i can't expect to sound like Beyonce by tomorrow but i can improve lol. Thanks for posting!!

Yo, props for you for posting this and being able to not only be subject to online criticism, but for being able to give yourself your own constructive criticism. Being honest with yourself and looking for cons, as well as pros really is good for you in life as a whole. ANYWAYS lol, I was recently looking to take vocal lessons, and the prices are out of my budget too. This vid helped me make the choice to give this a shot. Your vocals definitely improved and at the end you seemed to be able to control the ranges and tone more. Any updates as you've continued to practice?? I can't sing for shit and am trying to sound like frank ocean by the time I'm done lol
@morningcupofcoffey3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah, I think sometimes we don't realize how many people are not just "born with it" and give up on what we want to do. Justin has actually added a lot of new exercises recently that have been really helpful! I reduced practice to 3x per week, and I'm getting better and breathing and control. Singr is worth it! The facebook group with Pro is nice to post progress videos and get encouragement, but if you don't care about that, basic is fine.

Thank you *SO MUCH* for posting this. I've tried Justin's free 8-minute trial a couple of months back and I did see an improvement in my singing. However, I was still on the fence about buying the course because it's not cheap (for me) or maybe I didn't think it was worth that much money (the price is high in my currency). Anyway, I'm happy to see an actual, unsponsored review of SINGR. Now I'm more convinced that it's worth my money. Thank you so much, Courtney! 🙏
