This morning I walked my two miles. I waited until 9L40pm to do this workout tonight. I almost talked myself out of it. But I though, "are you kidding' it's only 12 min. So I did it. I'm glad I pushed myself.

Wow I started this challenge the beginning of December is has not been easy had to double up some days. However I had to speak some positive words to myself when I saw 30 burpees 🤯. I did it in sets of 10. Will finish by 31 December just to prove to myself I can do it.

I have to admit, I couldn't be positive with 45 burpees. I did 30 and replaced the other 15 with a different exercise. I am still proud that I listened to my body and at the same time pushed it to do the best it can!

Whoosh whoosh!! I must have went hard because I felt like I wanted to barf after this workout!😃 I mashed it!! I absolutely do not like burpees...u do it differently than how I was taught in high-school..both ways I dont like lmaoo but when I saw 3 burpees I was like nooooo but I was willing to do it until my elbow started hurting while doing it so I just decided to skip the burpees.

Hi Ms Muscle, I'm doing your workout now since three weeks as you can see. I like it very much, even tough I have to say some workouts are better than others because they are simply better structured. I understand that you want to be consistent with the alphabet system you developed, but this workout was really not so great because it didn't quite make sense. Instead of being consistent I would rather have some alternation to have a more wholesome workout. I like your style, the exercises and the breaks in between. What I would really like to see is a 30 days challenge which trains the body in a more structured way, meaning that you start with a warm-up, go over to the big muscle groups, than to the small muscle groups, than to some cardio, etc. 15-20 is actually quite perfect. I hope my feedback was helpful, thanks for the work you've put in this, have a nice day. Valentina

Lord nothing positive about this one...it killed me 3x burpees! But I like doing the day seriesn cause it is one set...though some words like "positive" still get the repitition in with mountainclimbers, military plank, push up and so many burpees.loved the outfit btw. Very nice color combo.
