Used to be pretty heavy into working out, long story short, got sick and haven't been able do anything more than climb a set of stairs once a day for a year. Ive been getting back into working out in the past monthish and this was amazing!!! Got me sweating like i used to (even tho i would have considered this easy a year and a half ago, my body is taking me back to square one lol) THANK YOU SO MUCH❤❤

I don't really have a fitness goal, just restless leg syndrome, and these exercises felt like heaven. And after I was done, my legs definitely weren't restless anymore 😂

Love your workouts the compound moves with aome isol moves with some boydweight and alittle cardio and combos in every workout 🙌getting it all in each workpit through week ❤😊iv been doing the programs in the app then will move to the weekly calendars and ill add this to my extra list or if on vaction or sore to do !! Just started back working out in 1 year and this was a struggle, hard on the last round. Cant wait to see my improvement tomorrow. I think itll take atleast 2 week for me to get used to this.

Double Elbow crunch was tough for me. And the plank for 45 seconds was a bit long. Thanks for this one. It hits the whole lower body!

Hi! My recommendation would be to focus heavily on a good sustainable diet low in trans fat and processed sugar. Consume healthy starches and don’t skip meals. Working out this hard without eating well would only increase your body’s tendency to lose weight. You can also have drinks! Make things link peanut butter shakes, banana and oats shakes, etc. You can do this!!!
