day1: it is really effective, you start to feel your muscles, and all the exercises are great, i like that there is many rounds so you can properly master exercises, the very hard for me was a plank)

No lie the smash or whatever it’s called was intense and the oblique Swiss got me dizzy cuz I’m just built like that but finishing day 5 feels amazing
