Day 23 Done.. I couldnot attempt todays some aasanas nicely.. But tried... That is enough for me.. I m happy..

In warrior pose my left leg take three breaks. Rest in all poses I push my limits. Thank you for knowing me my strength in holding a posture. Namaste

Day 23 🖐️✔️ I was not able to hold Druta Utkasana for straight 1 minute and took 3-4 pauses in between, rest were okay.

Day 23 done I lv to hold asana I done all asana with hold them till u not tell realise except a boat pose I hold boat pose first time for ten breath but i couldn't hold it next time for ten breath I think today i break my boundaries. Fl happy ty dear🙏

🖐️ Day 23 done 🤩 Had to take some break but completed the session ✌️ At some point of time my body was shivering and pumping of heart❤️ was easily audible ☺️.

This was a powerful session, thank you :) Could you please recommend some asanas to stretch the hamstrings? My leg muscles are quite tight, which makes it difficult for me to straighten them fully during Naukasana or other poses that need the legs to be completely straight.
