You're turning into quite the fitness hacker, Mama T, and I love these type of videos. There are lots of exercise videos but this kind of stuff is so different. When I was younger, and I think we are close in age, you couldn't pay me to go in anything hot. Saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs. But as I got older and more beat up, I found a love for a good soak in 100 degree water. I'm thinking these lower temperature Saunas might be similar. Thank you for another terrific video.

Two far infa red saunas after i bought it my chronic shoulder pain was gone. It was a bit of a miracle really, agreed with relaxing and skin too, my pores tightened on my nose which i was always told was impossible.

Fortunately the inferred sauna I go is in a spa , that inferred sauna is a big room , make sure to cover your eyes with eyes masks to prevent them from being dry . Yes, I wash my face before I get in there. It’s relaxing.

The best health results start at 175-215 deg. Infrared or (dry sauna) won't get that hot by design. Mine only gets up to 160.

Im 160lbs and 5'9" and the chair this came with was too high. My shoulders go higher than the top so I have to slouch. I'll need to use a shorter chair

The irony is a short while ago seem's like everyone hit this topic.... Huberman, Dr. Berg, Keltie, and doucette for the main points mostly agreed to what your opinion was as well (I found knocking back a cold-one in the sauna helps with hydration haha).... also don't forget to keep your electrolytes up with heat exposure as you lose them with sweat (the point you mentioned about folks complaining about their legs likely has to do with a magnesium or sodium deficiency)... you should do the follow-up therapy to heat-exposures cousin-cold exposure

When I had an infrared sauna, I set up a little stand with my laptop outside the room so I could watch YT and would lie on my back with my legs up the wall. Good times. Oh! And be careful wearing glasses in there - mine got wrecked, all cloudy from the heat.

My model was from Costco.ca by a company called Dynamic and our model (one of the smaller ones as we didn’t have much room) is Barcelona. ⭐⭐Curious if you ever weighed before and after to see how much water weight is removed in a time period? With Steam I noticed 1lb lost in 15minutes but I'm looking for alternatives. Hearing so many good things about infrared.

I’ve not done the weigh in but 1lb in 15 mins? Wow! 🥵 These saunas don’t get as hot as traditional ones but you still sweat quite a bit! It’s very relaxing

Not just water, you need electrolytes, very important. If you just drink water you will flush more electrolytes out your system and make it worse.

If it plugs into the wall, it's just a toy.. you may get there eventually.. you need a sauna with a big 220V power supply.. 30/40 amps. This infrared stuff is cute, and sells fancy woodwork. Wet or Dry it is.

Hi! The sauna is infrared heat not infrared light. The lights in the sauna are the “chroma therapy” and it’s not the same as infrared light. Basically just different coloured lightbulbs. No worries for your eyes xo ❤️

I also don't understand why you don't have to wear goggles. When you wear an LED mask, you have to have your eyes shielded. My red light therapy box came with goggles and I still have to wear a sleep mask over my eyes to keep the light out or I just see green when I'm done, that can't be good...how does yours affect your eyes?
