That whole thing with the heavy door and coming across a lighter door expecting it to be equally heavy is very similar to your body expecting there to be a step when you are going down the stairs and if you step as if there is one more but there isn't you get this sudden jolt in your body, it's the same thing as feeling the back of your neck and turning your eyes to the side, you will feel a muscle in the back of your neck engage because it is expecting you to turn your head. Our bodies are very very good at perceiving the environment around us so when something happens to be different than what we perceive, you get that sudden alarm

Emotional Intelligence can help you with awareness, being present, focused, body perception and patience. I meditate or read first than practice shiba louhan gong for 5 minutes twice, than 24 monkey qigong 8 minutes twice than yue fei qigong ( which has extended front and side kicks not just the front as in 24 monkey) for 5 minutes twice. This becomes 36 minute workout collectively and repeat this many times tbroughout the day. Everything begins with the mind from movement to no movement as the Dali Lama would say more or less. Meditate or study first as mental/body prep. Stay Strong mentally, physically, spiritually.

Situational and kinesthetic awareness are both of high value

Thinking about the situation, thinking about body motion can also work hand in hand as in one complements the other. Perceptional awareness, pov of yourself, others is also highly prized.

@@TribeofJudah-y3w perceptual awareness is situational awareness because you have to be aware of what's going on around you whether it is reacting to you or not and that perception is the reaction of what is around you in regards to you. They call that reading the room and that is again a part of situational awareness.

@@LatimusChadimusreading the room and reading yourself but the perception I'm hinting at is looking at the perception of yourself than putting yourself into someone else's shoes to see what they see, their perception. I suppose you could call this high situational awareness or a very high perception , so I agree they are the same from a certain pov. I would even say perception is a subset of situational awareness, with situational awareness being the umbrella a broad term, housing perception, empathy for yourself and others, sympathy, understanding.

This YT channel used to be about super exercises....Now it's slowly starting to be about "shamanism" and the like, and most importantly - it's starting to be more and more about MMA... Sorry, I'm unsubscribing....

“Shamanism” lmao. Wait for a few days, something about to happen.

@@MarekKE-ei6ec no this channel is about your overall well-being, movement is part of it which you call exercise but the mindset is also part of it just like your relationships your nutrition and your mental health. Telling somebody you are unsubscribing hoping you get a reaction out of them is childish. The mature thing to do would be to unsubscribe without saying a word because then you are not hoping for a reaction as if you are in charge of their Channel which you aren't. These men are very mature, and you would definitely learn a lot and grow from them if you actually paid attention instead of being selfish over exercises only. There's no such thing as a free lunch in this world so when they give you a free sample that they paid for, you say thank you and you move on

If it does not resonate with you, you don't have to watch it. Nobody cares about you unsubscribing, bye.
