7,000 steps - normal walking +3,000 steps - 8 shape walking. 600 skipping every day.. Morg I used to have pomegranate juice without sugar. Afternoon - 1 cup rice with 2 vegetables. Nite - 2 gothumai dosa... 3 litres water a day.. This my diet to be more perfect
