This wirkoutvwas fabulous! I surprized myself with that last pkank hold, im getting better at planking but still have a tough time holding them for longer lengths, i was shaking really bad at the end, but i did it! Thank you all for another fabulous workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

great workout, loved it. Did this after a 35 min tramp workout with you in your old gym. (dec 5, 2020. girl in red on your left - wowsa can she jump) looking forward to next weeks new ones
