That workout was AWESOME!!! Loved the no repeat and quick transitions. Had two sections where video froze, but used a timer to complete the moves and Had to FF the video a bit to next moves. Sweaty!, Thank you, Michelle!!!!❤🥵💪🔥

It's been months since I pressed play. I went from 5 days a week to nothing ...We had a sick older dog (doing much better) and currently training a new puppy! Waited until I had enough time to do this one. So good. Still not able to hold up body weight due to tendonitis on elbow. I try forearms and light weights for that arm. Modifications always appreciated ❤

Just did this workout. It was so good. Recommend using lighter weights than you are used to as some combo moves can be tricky. That core burner at the end was fire

Oh my gosh Michelle, I absolutely LOVED this workout! ♥That was SO fun, and very effective.
