Hi Tom. Is there a new LIFT series with dumbells to follow? Last year's was 💯🔥 I'm trying to follow this series, but barbell access is challenging mainly only at the gym. The DBs offer flexibility anywhere anytime. It's a banging series however I'm trying to follow it on gym days. As always 🙏🏻

No just the new LIFT Barbell series. I have a new mini Dumbbell program out in about 2-3 weeks on KZbin (& longer version on TPT Studio). The original Dumbbell LIFT series is repeatable so you could give that another run through.
