All 3 were good to film. Makes a nice simple program rotating through the 3 workouts for anyone looking to build muscle / strength

@@TomPetoTraining I have 3 pairs of dumbbells 21kg 13kg and 8kg. So went slightly heavier with most sets. I have done loads of your workouts in the past especially barbell, great content! 30min is just perfect when I have a bit less time, Always challenging!
