I thought this was going to be easy at 6 reps for the first round - I'm smoked at 30 mins. I really like these as a challenge preferred to time. defo hardest one so far, pump is crazy. keep up the good work, from the UK.

Day 13☑super challenging especially the second part. I did bulgarian split squats instead for extra challenge which was fun. I also enjoyed having no timer and beeping, was easier for me to focus on an exercise than checking time go down haha!

I can't do this forearm push ups without my hands sliding forward. What's the key?

A better none slip surface or just bring hands a bit closer in. Alternatively swap them out for: another set of close grip push ups, or push up to elbow drop, or up down planks (Google them). Hope that helps
