Change is good. Otherwise, you end up feeling bored and lose motivation.

I thought this was going to be easy at 6 reps for the first round - I'm smoked at 30 mins. I really like these as a challenge preferred to time. defo hardest one so far, pump is crazy. keep up the good work, from the UK.

prefer reps to time as not as much rest and it feels like a better workout

Day 13 is done too! Now, I missed having the timer, both the visual and the audio cues. Still, good workout, Tom!

Day 13☑super challenging especially the second part. I did bulgarian split squats instead for extra challenge which was fun. I also enjoyed having no timer and beeping, was easier for me to focus on an exercise than checking time go down haha!

I can't do this forearm push ups without my hands sliding forward. What's the key?

A better none slip surface or just bring hands a bit closer in. Alternatively swap them out for: another set of close grip push ups, or push up to elbow drop, or up down planks (Google them). Hope that helps

Day 13 completed from ITALY. Even if having some complaint on the left knee when doing pistol squat. Should I make the easier way? Thanks Tom, good program.
