@@gabbyplaysandvlogs6725 Hi so I just figured this out too This workout that she posts is to be done for the week And we’re supposed to be increasing the weights as we progress. But unfortunately I cannot increase the weights because I just had a broken radius bone so I can’t increase my weights unless I’m holding them on my shoulders. I hope this helps you.

@@Lovesall_pugmixes Many of the sports bras sold for yoga don't have crossing straps or a t-back. Those bras will work fine for Cee's workouts since her workouts are low impact. I often just wear my regular bra if it is headed for the laundry basket anyway.

I've been lifting with Cee for about a year now. I am 56 years old, and my greatest priority is to be fit, so I can do the things in life that I want to do. Since beginning Cee's workouts, I was able to stop going to the chiropractor for back pain. I was a chiropractic patient for 25 years, and I have not needed an adjustment in 10 months because my back is stronger. I can lift my 7-month-old grandson up and down while he jumps in my lap, and my shoulders do not ache because they are strong! I can stand up from a seated position on the floor with a baby in my arms, and I can carry heavy things up and down the stairs. Life is so much easier when your body is strong. Thanks, Cee!

4 years ago I was battling breast cancer, entering early menopause (thanks chemo), and had no body strength. Today I moved up from 5lb weights to 10lb weights yayyyyyy!!! Thank you for the videos and inspiration, Cee! ❤ Great job, everyone!

Today was my first day , I m 53 and need to loose 45 lbs . Thank Cee for making these . This was easy for me to follow and I feel confident I can stick with your workouts 3 days a week as well as walking . I weigh 206 , I’m 5ft 8 - this is my accountability post day 1 ❤

Thank you Cee! I am 59 years old and have been doing your weight lifting videos for 10 months now. I can see the most difference in my back. I thought I would always have the upper back fat and hump, but IT’S GOING AWAY! My daughter’s wedding is summer of 2025 and I might just surprise myself and look as young on the outside as I feel on the inside. ❤ You are so wonderful to share your expertise with the rest of the world. As a 73 year-old male who has had way too many orthopedic surgeries after decades if fitness training, I am now a dedicated follower of Lift with Cee. Cee’s workouts fit perfectly with the limitations I have with weight training. Do lots of cardio via long walks and spinning workouts. Love the 30+ minute classes. Cee stresses form and choosing weights to individual discretion. I recommend her videos to any and all. Cee is a great teacher. Her videos are well crafted and have a wealth of variety.

I'm a 65 year old PSW who assists patients in their activities of daily living as part of my job. I have found that by doing your 30 min. routine on alternate days, I am getting stronger and feeling more confident in my ability to help my patients in a safe manner. I am now on the 3rd week of sessions and would like to thank you for creating routines that provide clear directions, leave out unnecessary chatter (as my time is limited) and work various body parts in ways that increase functional strength. Win-win-win!

Hi Cee, in March 2023 I started working out with you regularly. I have never felt better! I was not a fan of working out until I retired in July of 2020. I tried many different methods and found your page and it feels like the right place for me! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your training sessions! Just completed...I increased my weight, and man felt by the end of my workout. Trying to stay on schedule with your workouts and keep myself accountable. Just turned 55, and I got goals I wanna hit. Menopause has kicked my butt.. BUT.. I'm fighting back💪 Thanks, Cee, for sharing all these workouts❤

You CAN do this:)!! I started with Cee on January 27 with her 20 minute workouts, then went to her 30 minute workouts 9 weeks ago when she started those. Since weight training with her, along with intermittent fasting, I have lost 30 lbs, gotten rid of my menopausal belly AND have sooo much muscle!! It’s incredible how much my body has changed!! You’re going to be AMAZED!!♥️😘

This week was tough, it was the eighth anniversary of losing my son in an accident and I really did not feel like working out at all. I took the weekdays off. Today it’s Saturday morning and I picked myself up and did one of your workouts reluctantly, at first. However I feel so much better now. I have been working out with you for almost a year now and I really appreciate coming and working out with someone who feels like an old friend especially during these times. Thank you for all that you do.

14-Feb-2024 - here! Just found your workouts last week and got me some dumbbells 😊 Was inspired to get your workout in at the start of my day! So I did, before sunrise, and now, all day, I can enjoy knowing I did it! One thing that helped this to happen was your stating that you stop looking at devices at 9 pm every night. Did that for the first time last night and I think that will be a big improvement for me too! Even read a couple chapters of a book I’ve been wanting to crack for over a year! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Loving the 30 min workouts!! Slowly increasing my weight is a game changer. I’ve noticed that if I go too heavy my form is off and also I don’t work the right muscles. So the right weight matters! Staying at the same weight on the scale BUT my clothes fit better and I feel stronger! I love how doable you make working out and consistency is truly the key!! Thanks for being a great instructor! Love the verbal prompts and Tips too!

My husband and I absolutely love all of your workouts Cheryl. We have been following you for a couple of months now and are staying consistent with doing 3x30 minute workouts each week (we actually aim for every other day alternating with cardio dance workouts.) We feel great and can actually feel a difference in our muscle tone and see a change in our posture. We have been exercising most of our adult lives but really felt the need to increase our weight workouts as we see ourselves losing muscle mass (we are both senior). Your workouts are paced just perfectly for us! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for making these amazing videos.

Just finished my first of three of your 3x/week work outs. I’m 57 and struggle with anxiety and sadness, as we have a young adult daughter with ASD, and although she is high functioning, it’s been a lonely road, as she has no friends, no matter what she joins…. Your workouts are very helpful in keeping my spirits up. I am about 20 lbs overweight, due to the stress of the last many years. Using your weekly workouts to get my life back, get back into shape (was in great shape many yo) and keep my mood elevated. Thank you!!

Cee, thank you for providing these workouts. I had been in a workout slump for years and your videos are the first thing that I've been encouraged to stick with after seeing and feeling results after just a couple of months. In recent years I've undergone many fertility treatments (unsuccessfully) and now my husband and I are on the road to adoption. We're getting older but are committed to staying strong and healthy for our future baby/babies. Thank you, again, for helping me. These videos mean more than you know.

2/16/2024 Just realized it was a year ago last Valentine's Day that I decided enough was enough and time to put myself first and give some love to me. I am so much stronger and fitter and my self-confidence is greatly improved. Thank you, Cee! So glad I'm not where I was a year ago. Happy Friday!

Thank you Cheryl! I’m the queen of excuses not to workout and I’ve been consistant for 3 whole weeks. I’m 60 this year and it’s painfully obvious this is necessary so even when I can feel and excuse growing in my head any given day it’s squashed by the crazy happy boost I get from accomplishing yet another workout to keep up my streak! It’s your approach to the full body workouts that keeps me motivated.

I was a fitness instructor. For 5 years I taught a bar bell class. I have been doing Cee's 30 minute workouts for about a year. I like that the workouts are concise. I feel like I get as good of a workout as my 1 hour lifting classes. Thanks Cee for the great workouts. I am 74 years old and I can see and feel my body getting stronger.

Thank you Cee! I have been in the mindset that in order to lose body fat that I needed to be in a massive calorie deficit and do cardio workouts so that I could be lean again. Boy was I wrong. My body is happier as I am in perimenopause with more caloric intake and slower, muscle building with your work outs. I am seeing muscle definition I haven’t seen in years and feeling so good, sleeping better and have a lot more consistent energy. I’m learning it isn’t all about what number is on the scale but how my body responds overall to feeling strong and balanced. I’m grateful for all you pour into these workouts to share on KZbin.

I just did this workout today 1/15/24 and I feel great! I’m seeing results: more energy, strength, and desire to workout! I started your workouts the week after Christmas with the mindset to start off just doing the leg exercises with my own body weight and the arms with five pound weights. Now I can do 5lb to 10 lb weights on my legs. With my arms I started with 5 lbs and have moved to 10. I will reward myself with new weights when I hit the goal of working out regularly for the month of January. Your videos are excellent! Thank you for helping me get healthy and strong again after cancer!

5/20/24 Started your 30 minute workout recently after starting with your 20 minute workout that I thoroughly enjoy. What I didn't realize until now is that you suggest that the 30 minute workout should be repeated a total of 3 times. I was following along in numerical order, will follow this suggestion going forward. Turning 60 this year 🥰

Another great workout! Doing for the Week of Feb 12-18 2024. I really enjoy your wide variety of core exercises, especially this one that doesn't hurt the neck. After two kids I really need to regain my core strength. I've been using exclusively your workouts since the start of the year, and I can feel myself getting stronger in daily movements. The other day I carried my 18kg toddler around in the mall and didn't tire as easily as before. Love the real world gains. Thank you Cee!

54yo retired multiple careers woman. i found LWC a few months ago and added her to my fitness routine for strength training and to address certain Menopause issues. i LOVE these workouts and i have never been a home workout person, just an outdoor activity person. my hubs and i are avid mountain bikers and take trips all over the country to ride. just this past week we did 6 days straight of mtb'ing. i typically will ride a couple of days, take a day off, then ride a couple more. i always have a "break" day or 2 built in. i rode all 6 days this time with some significant mileage and technical features. and i did it because i felt STRONG!!! i credit LWC as well as a local family friendly boot camp class i started back in March. LOVE LOVE LOVE CEE!!!

2/12/24 This is I think week 9 of being consistent with Cee’s workouts! Haven’t missed one. I’m 47 in perimenopause so it’s challenging to SEE lot of results at the moment. BUT. I can FEEL the results for sure! Loving this format and ease of following along to be consistent. Already need to buy heavier weights 🎉 My husband is loving these workouts too! I have been doing these workouts for 9 months now and feel so much stronger and seeing changes. I am 60 years old so I know this takes time. A friend of mine who is 39 years old has a trainer and works out at a gym. she just posted that she was able to do barbell squats x 5 using 165 pounds. I asked her why she lifts such heavy weights- " I want to be strong and be in the best shape of my life by the time I am 40" I cant imagine lifting such heavy weights

I loves these workouts. I had a new hip a year ago and this has really helped me get my fitness back. I much prefer the format of these older full body sessions rather than the newer ones so please don't ever take these down.

I’m turning 60 next year, and I want to be stronger than ever. I’ve been doing yoga and cardio for a while but it somehow wasn’t enough. My husband encouraged me to try weight training, and the workouts that suit me best are Cee’s. I am thrilled with how the 30 min workouts fit so well in my fitness regime, and the increase in energy Ive been feeling is so encouraging! Thank you Cee!

In 2021 I lost 80 pounds with virtually no exercise involved. I promised myself I would start a forever practice once I lost it. Well here I am! I am working through your 30 minutes strength training videos for the 3rd time. (I started last fall and took some time off during the summer)I am turning 65 next month and although I have not lost any weight I feel stronger. Cee - My dad passed on Christmas Day and my husband on January 27th - my world has been turned upside down. While I would be curled up in a corner if it wasn't for my faith, thank God. I want to thank YOU too! I have been working out with you for about 6 months. I just came back to work out with you and it feels SO NORMAL like before all this happened, if that makes any sense. Plus, now I have a re-ignited spirit to get stronger and stronger!!!! Thank you for all you do!

10/19/23…. I was gone on a trip for a few days and sat a lot visiting with family. I came home very tired, then went back to work. I’m finding at 64 that daily movement is so important. I’m happy to get back to my workouts! 💕thank you for your hard work!

9/20 wow this felt so much harder than Monday, arms were burning. Using weight rack at 37 labs for rows and squats. that last plank tap was especially challenging today and I actually went to a 12 lb dumbbell for the overhead triceps from a 15 on Monday, shaking so tired. This workout was perfection! From the warm-up to the cool down and the workout in between, it was great. Challenging and fun. The music was really good. Kept me motivated. I love your commentary in these videos. New videos don’t have the commentary or this kind of music. I really wish that you would bring that back. But regardless of the changes you made recently to your videos, your workouts are still my favorite on this platform. Actually on any platform. I’m 41 and have been trying for eight years to get back into my pre-baby weight. I haven’t seen an muscles in almost a decade lol. Since working out with you consistently and making sure I’m sticking to a healthy, consistent diet, I look better than I did in my 30s, and that’s saying something. Thank you so much.

Did this 2/15/24 and 2/17/24. I am a yo yo. I’m 61 and my weight and exercise regimes have been erratic for 40 years. I retired 12/31/23 after decades of sedentary jobs. I promised myself I’d workout everyday once I retired. I’ve been doing your workouts every other day, walking 30 mins. On the alternative days. I went from 205 to 204 lbs. 😢 however I lost 1” on my lower waist (belly button), 1/2 “ on the roundest buttocks, 1” on the saddlebags, 2” on the bust. I feel much firmer. The proof is in the jello pudding! Thank you so much for your workouts! I love them!

I've been working out with Cee for about 3 months now and i definitely see a change in my body and energy levels. I don't see a big change necessarily on the scale but on well fitting clothes. As we get older and go thru menopause I truly believe that weight bearing exercise is the key to better health. Thank you Cee for all you do.

49 yrs old just starting into peri menopause, everything was hurting and no flexibility whatsoever. Just did this workout for the second time this week today and am actually using 25lb dumbbells for the squats. 2 months ago when I commented the first time, I was at maybe 15-18 lbs. Thank you for making me stronger and helping me to push myself out of my comfort zone!
