I have been doing this routine for a long time. It's the first and only routine I recommend to people regarding neck physio. It helped me get through my cervical artificial disk replacement years ago. And it's amazing relief for my radial tunnel syndrome I have now. I only have 1 criticism is that the speed at which you go through both sides is unmatched. An updated more balanced routine would be lovely. I mean. I can do this routine without ur video now. But I still watch it everytime.❤ Thank you ❤

Despite being labeled intermediate-advanced, I found it surprisingly easy to follow along. Yet, it still left me feeling invigorated and limber. Thanks for a fantastic workout that felt just right for my level! Can't wait to keep incorporating this into my routine

Sure! Specially if it's early in the morning.I would do 5 -10min of running,jumping,jumping jacks...or similar,in order to let the blood circulate until I feel warmer

I think that's normal, but I've noticed that I've been moving forward less over time as flexibility has increased and I can keep my posture better.

It does happen and it’s normal to an extend, but as @Vergilius78 has pointed out, you can reduce it. Simply by focusing on pulling your knees to your chest during the transition (rather than just flipping over). Hope that helps. 🤗
