Day 9✅ Oh wow! I love how I can feel my body improving. You did a transition by standing up from the mat without using your hands. And I know I tried to do that a few months ago and couldn’t do it. I just tried it after this work out and woohoo, I was finally able to do the stand-to sit-back to stand move without using my hands!!! 🎉❤
