Hi from Indonesia. I'm a beginner and trying this for the first time today. I paused in the middle, around minute-13, with a pair of 2 kg dumbells, but then proceed to finish. Hi Mirimini, today. November 1, 2024 it was my first pilates! I saw it for the first time on YT so i thought, lets give it a go. I like 'only standing' workouts. And oh oh, how stiff did my body feel despite all the other workouts i've done!. Hahaha. Like you i used a pair of 2 kg. Now i'm tired and fulfilled. Great way to start the day with. It's 6.51 A.M. in Holland now. Enjoy your day.

Great workout. Different from what I usually do so it was a nice change of pace. Challenging but not too much. I was surprised how effective the low weight made this. Thank you for sharing this excellent workout. I definitely feel my glutes!

I started on November 1. Oh oh oh, the muscle pain i got after a day. But today, November 4 i'm back 🙂. I desided to be nicer to my body so instead of 2 kg i now used 1 kg dumbells. Step by step! These 20 minutes are perfect to start my day with, so thank you!

I really enjoyed this, the 23 minutes practically flew by. It was challenging enough that I feel good but not so hard that the rest of my day is shot. I do KZbin workouts all the time and typically can’t stand ones with any talking but you seem so down to earth and real and not “influencery” it’s super refreshing. I really liked the pacing of this class, i didn’t feel like I was racing through the movements. I’m glad I did this class and can’t wait to check out others.

I’ve been looking for a work out where I do not have to use heavy weights due to a wrist injury. On this one, I used two cans of beans as my weights but I know I still had a complete and challenging workout by the end. Thanks so much.

Omfg girl.. i have been doing only HIITS workouts since 4 years qnd today I decided to do the pilates and this one absolutely killed me 😱🥹.. This workout was incredible! It was my first time doing it and as someone who is overweight and can't really do much as far as Pilates is concerned, this was very nice. I was able to do the exercises with very little modification, but I was most definitely challenged, especially getting closer to the end. I hope to find more of your workouts like this.

I absolutely cant stand bodyweight pilates, I love these weighted ones! Its so deceptively hard, I cant wrap my mind around how hard some of the moves are. I do circuits with much heavier weights, but holding 2lbs kicked my butt. I think its the non stop movement and slowness. Some moves I had to skip as they irritate my acid reflux but I really shouldnt hve coffee preworkout 😅. I love your encouragement especially during the sumo squat portion, as it really did burn hard.
