Did this one this morning and it was amazing, loved it and on the Bulgarian squats I used one weight and just focused on the move, I have a hard time with my back and two weights on this one but I want to at least try. Used heavier weights, wasn’t worried on the chest press with how many just focused on the move, getting much stronger each and everyday. Really seeing some definition. Will be doing this one again. It’s slow enough to get the right weights and to get in position for next move.

Lovely workout harder at end. Achy lol. No way to.second.round.of.that today. Lighter.weights.too but was perfect for me. Will do standing cardio abd now before longer stretch cool down. Thankyou!!!

I think MB meant that the move being done at that point would require you to really do it would extra care and good form to avoid hurting your knees / causing injury xxx
