I dont have kb at home.... but a lot of variety dumbbells - can I use them instead of kb ??

Dude You are simply amazing😊. Loved your workouts❤. I actually have problem with body weight workouts and doing beginner level doesn't really help with mass gain as i want to progress faster. Just discovered your one dumbbell series and it's so helpful. Thank you very much.

I did this with a 20 kg kettlebell and I haven't sweat like that in a long time. 🥵 Your tips throughout the workout are also amazing. My form for skull crushers felt off so when you mentioned bringing in the elbows more it helped fixed my issue. Suddenly I could feel my triceps working harder.

I was only able to get 2 sets done with a 30Lbs kettlebell (the lowest I have), my goal is to be able to do the whole 3 sets, man what a workout though! Thanks for all the tips, super helpful!

Depends why you need an alternative? If you just don’t like them, or struggle with them, then it’s important to keep practicing. Maybe start with just holding a split lunge to build balance and stability 😄

Just lift what you are able to lift, when I started, I started out on low and now I'm on 14 16 kg. Use what ya can and keep going.

Just use what ever weight you are comfortable with. Why do ya need someone to tell ya what weight you should be lifting
