So...this is my 1st time commenting on your videos, Subscribed months ago. I'm a 40+ yr old dancer (whose only gotten better with maturity--God)🙌🏾. And have been honestly drawn to someone doing yoga who, as my children say, "Mommy she looks like you!!" Natural hair & all! For some reason This video led me to comment. Ariana good morning if you can do 15 or 30 sessions of 10 minutes full body stretches that would be great. In the mornings bodies are stiff and need some quick stretching options to get the body feeling loose and flexible again to get off to work

At the end meditation part my 2 year son decided to dig in my belly button. Then lay beside me and kick my legs and then licked my face. So that was the end of my meditation. At least I tried lol
