This is my favorite one. I woke up with so much pain in my upper back. It's gone. Thank you I started with your wrist warm up video because I never liked downward dog because of wrist pain. Doing this helped when it came time to downward dog in this video! ☺️

Hi Ariana! I have made a conscious move towards choosing who I do yoga with. So far I am loving your videos and your moves, bends and posses are very different which I love the most. I have a short morning yoga ritual everyday. Can I request request you to make 10mins videos for like a month or so. You can name it a 30 days morning challenge.
