The only Pilates channel I’ve been able to stick with. Everything is perfect. Workouts, voice, music , breath and encouragement all working together.

Some changes I notice when I move regularly with Nicole: - PMS and menorrhagia symptoms subside - Joint pain and popping subside - I engage my muscles more consciously and gracefully while performing daily activities - Occasional mind-clearing emotional releases during some stretches and sequences - A more toned and beautiful body I love this channel. Nicole is the real deal.

When I hear my alarm going off at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, I have to force myself to get up and roll out my mat but then after 30’ of pilates, I feel fully awake and energized. After 2 months of working out almoust daily, following your schedule, I can’t say that my body is transformed but I feel less backpain and even if it is a stressful period I feel calmer throughout the day. Moving not for performance or for a toned body but to feel better is key to take good care of ourselves and is something that I am learning from your practice. Thank you. ❤

I found myself not breathing good, sometimes not breathing for a short term at all. It brought me to sleep apnea and sleep disorder. I never liked classic fitness workouts, because it was not a natural movement for me. Then I decided to try with pilates and I found Nicole. You have definitely taught me what pilates should be!! I had in the previous years been to classes and no one was able to make me engage my muscles and core as much as you have. The way you explain whilst I am doing the exercises makes me conscious about the muscles I use and the breathing techniques that need to be used. Oh wow, I loved this one! Today wasn't the best morning for me mentally, so this workout was extra hard but at the same time I couldn't fully immerse in it. However, I still worked up a sweat and a good burn throughout my glutes/legs and abs. Normally, I would force myself to do another hardcore workout now to really burn my muscles out, but I know that this would be straining and exhausting for me now, so I won't do it. Here's to learning how to treat myself and my body better - with your help

I was lost in my fitness journey I stocked to weight training only and I tried these pilates videos out of curiosity and I have never felt better. Some videos are very calm for me to feel like I worked out but it’s just such a beautiful movement, that is what moving is about, not about burning calories or building mass, but about enjoying it just like a monkey enjoys swinging. Thank you so much for keeping me active, now I stick to moving daily. Some days I do weights, but I ALWAYS move either with Pilates or yoga and I try to do these videos in the mornings so I feel my posture is good throughout and core is engaged the day . My weightlifting workouts have been so much better since y started Mive with Nicole

As someone who use to regularly lift at the gym, and occasionally do yoga this has been the sweetest mix of both. I am so happy I get to expound the limits of my body and mind, while feeding my soul. I believe everyone should try pilates at least once in their lives. It entices the student to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. It allows for growth and learning. It feels as if I come out if each practice with so much more than physical benefits. My mind is clear, I feel gentler, and softer. I move less rigidly, and more with flow. I even feel a boosted mood throughout my day. Thanks for much Nicole for all that you do!

Time to celebrate in Finland! This was my 90th Pilates class with Nicole! I have been doing her workouts since March and I’ve never done any Pilates before. Now I cannot imagine a day without! Even though I watched all her classes through it doesn’t matter to rewatch and rewatch them all over again because they are always as refreshing and just perfect. best pilates workouts ever, i tried a lot of platforms but i always come back to Nicole! everything is perfect, i love the pace, the variety and the level of intensity, which is stimulating but not too intense. The only note i feel i should make is that upper body/arms are not of a focus as core and glutes in the full body workouts, i always feel i should integrate with an upper body focused workout.

Mine does as well! Try leaning your body slightly forward on your hip, so rather than directly on the hip bone you're rotated off of it a bit. It still hurts but not as bad LOL
